What incredible teamwork !! Everyone of the men and women knew what to do in a very stressful and in one of the worst rescues at a crash I have scene! This reflects what a tremendous amount of training hours they put in.
Wonder why they were trying to take the battery out of the red suv? Idk, but these guys and gals are awesome! They work together like a well-oiled machine. It's amazing to watch, really!! Great training!! Love watching y'alls videos...thank you for all you do!!
Agreed, but if you train for multiple, then it's easier. Divide & conquer doing more with less initially. Well trained personnel will support favorable outcomes
It's not just a job, it's a calling. I can feel the love that goes into every rescue. It is hard labor combined with incredible skill, knowledge, critical decision making, fortitude, care, compassion, endurance, physical strength, agility, and prowess beyond words. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Outstanding efforts from the well-oiled machine that is Jacksonville Fire-Rescue. The JFRD never skimps on manpower when faced with a difficult, complicated, or oversized incident. The teamwork, training, and leadership always shine through. Well done as always!
Just watching this video I do feel so sad for these victims getting hurt so badly because maybe others not being vigilant enough to prevent such accidents. Huge gratitude to the men and women that work so endlessly to save their lives and get them to hospitals. I do hope all are OK and survive their injuries
You are our H.E.R.O.E.S...I know you say it's your job but we love you and God bless you all and your families and prayers for your safety on a daily basis❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Intense life saving work by these hard working and dedicated individuals. It's easy to see how quickly people's lives can suddenly change or end and are good reminders to drive safe and defensively always.
Amazing team work. You are all a Blessing to be selected to be on the best Fire Department and Resuce Crew. The hard work and training each of you go through is physically and mentally demanding. But after seeing multiple teams show up to this call and knowing what to do, gives us peace of mind. Praying for safety. To the one or ones that have to do the paperwork, praying for you too.
Fantastic footage. The extrications were very interesting to watch,as I've only seen it done from far away. Your all doing a great job. Have a great day my friends, and stay safe ❤️🙂⚘️🚒.
God bless the people that do this work. I'll never forget the ones that helped me out of vehicle and into an ambulance and then to a helicopter. They are awesome people ❤🙏❤️👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Idk, what happened but, what is it going to take to stop the reckless driving. Innocent lives matter. Blessings to these families involved and to the first responders. 🙏💫
You notice how all the non-emergency workers, i.e the ones normally dressed up in tactical gear.. the ones that hang around like vultures...?..yeah well they normally slip that kind of thing into their back pocket, esp the ones in critical cond..its well documented , but everyone just seems this turn a blind eye..even during house raids same thing...pond scum...
Some of those "kids" work for us! But the two you see, are family members of our staff doing a ride-a-long...they get an up-close look at reality at its finest.
Firefighters are a powerhouse of society. They fight fires, do first aid, take people out of cars and houses and whatnot... I work in a office..... next life maybe
Yeah, as a mechanic, a simple socket set would've removed that door in a quarter of the time. Also removing the cables from the battery. I guess those 10mm sockets are scarce.
Everyone in Fl tailgates. 1 car length between vehicles doing 70+ doesn't end well. Throw in cell phones and color touch screens "info centers" and that's what you get.
Curious seeing the glasses why not grab them, when you can’t see there is nothing worse when you’re scared AND can’t see. They e sunglasses so, unless they are reading glasses…
Speaking as a miracle. They can’t grab and move because they don’t know the internal injuries. Visible injuries are minor when it comes to car accidents. One wrong turn or hand placed in the wrong spot could do more harm than good. Also the person or people could be pinned or have a pinned body part as well. But over all, grabbing is only in extreme cases(fire, gas leak, additional crushing)
I was just talking how the camera man focused on someone’s eye glasses on the ground. He or she didn’t pick them up just focused on them to show the gravity of the accident, my comment was why not pick them up. I mean maybe you did it just doesn’t make for good cinematic filming so wasn’t included. lol. I just know when I have come out of surgery or they take you back they remove your eye glasses and not being able to see clearly makes everything appear fuzzy and scarier. So I imagine being carted off in an ambulance when you may have been unconscious etc not being able to see especially when the glasses may not even be found or brought to you until much later makes recovery that much more difficult. That’s all I meant, I didn’t think about it until I explained better how you probably did pick it up just didn’t film it. 🤓😉
@@Sea-cucumber1151 So...those were sunglasses, there were 10 cars involved, so as a first responder, you can waste a lot of valuable time trying to pick up belongings that in that moment do not really mean that much when lives are at stake...we always try to get pertinent valuable items to their owners when possible. Interesting thing for you to focus on
The morons driving in Jacksonville could care less about anyone else. I almost got rear-ended by some simpleton last week. I hope the innocent people were okay in this crash.
Not to be unkind, but did these drivers think they were playing *bumper cars*? I poty thr police traffic officers who have to write that report. I think it's safe to say that the vehicles were totaled. Hopefully, every driver involved realizes they were saved by a miracle.

Thank you to the brave, caring and capable first responders, and hats off to the people who invented all their equipment.

Handling 2 two separate vehicle extrications simultaneously is not a simple task, that's where good communication & teamwork kick in. Nice job JFRD.

Not a fair statement...do you know Exactly what happened?

Usually not. When my brother in law was in a bad crash we had to go get his stuff from the car in the salvage yard where it was towed.
We try...depends on each situation
@junedeike6144 was that here in Jacksonville, FL?
Great job yall!! I’m curious, what were they trying to do at the end? Disconnect the battery?
yes, by diconnecting the battery, we can avoid shorts in the system and possible delayed fires.
💖🌟💖
Thanks for watching
❤❤❤👍👍👍👍👏👏🙋♀️🇨🇵
thank you
Do the different color helmets have any significance or just different firehouses?
Yes
Yellow is Lieutenant or Captain (in charge)
Black is firefighter or engineer
Red is Hazmat
White is Chief
Great job! May I ask why are the kids there watching?
