I was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and born 28 weeks premature. I guess could say I’ve been a “lone wolf” pretty much my whole life. I’m 25 now. I’m 5’4” and so my whole life I’ve been pretty insecure; it’s even worse when people would point out said insecurities whether that was in high school or in a public setting. I discovered the NoFap/semen retention community this year and I’ve struggled with PMO and an underlying addiction since I was 13. I started meditating late 2019 and have struggled with letting things go and relapses. I’ve struggled with loving and accepting myself for so many years that I’ve basically dug myself in a hole. I’ve been trying for years to accept myself. I was bullied a bit in school, I got rejected a lot by girls, you name it. Emotions are pouring out as I write this because all I’ve wanted was unconditional love and support. And so ever since I found your channel I’ve been trying to come to terms with supporting myself and loving myself unconditionally. Thank you for being here for me David; for all of us! I’m really trying here man.

I m 5 3 man and 19 and i can relate.. I ve been fucking insecure about my height as well.. i never realised i was short till my gf started pointing it out so that I may do some exercises ti increase my chances of growing up.. but i just sunk myself in pity and the last two or three years i ve been the worst of myself.. and honestly man, being insecure is a much worse attraction killer than being short, there are many under 5 feet girls out there, but if you find one and wanna keep it you gotta let go of insecurity...my gf broke up with me cause me being insecure about my height and whining about it to her in general killed the attraction she had for me, I ve learned my lesson, no one will ever truly love you as long as you dont love yourself, do nofap,be confident ,have dreams, eat healthy, drink plenty of water like this guy.. cause that's the shit that matters

Focus on your own well-being and everyday face challenges with an open mind so you can learn the most of out those experiences. You’re killing it bro, keep up the great work 💕

One thing I’ve always dealt with growing up is having a shy bladder. Most people don’t know what that is but it has affected my life in many ways. I’ve always accepted it and only a few people in my life know about it. Watching this video made me feel at ease and made me realize I could have a lot worse problems. Yeah, I'm watching you every day at 8:30pm between my driving theory courses and evening workout. Your videos keep me in good mood, since they're not red-pilling unmotivating bullshit, but simple and positive explanation of social processes that I was always interested in (and as a sigma-like man, it's kinda fascinating that I agree with 80-90% of things you say). Thanks bro for such a good content! 💪

I’m 19 and my biggest insecurity is that I’m a virgin. I don’t have issues talking to chicks. I talk to many but I’ve never ended up in bed with someone. I know it will happen one day but it’s just annoying for some reason.

You nailed it with one of the first steps being self acceptance. Something im currently learning myself is to also have a higher understanding of where the insecurity came from, which 90% of the time it comes from childhood wounds. Once you can find the root cause then it is easier for you to fix it, while learning to embrace it and most importantly accepting yourself for who you are. Love your video's David, keep spreading the positivity 😊

You know, I always thought men like me didn’t have insecurities but now as time I realized we do. Because I would always get depressed about my body because I’m too skinny! I would always compare myself to other guys body. Like why can’t have that chest, or those legs, or those abs. I barely realized that I need to be happy with myself and basically told myself to work out! And that’s what I’m doing, I’m fixing the problem and getting the body I want. Instead of complaining and comparing myself to other guys. This video was very helpful. Can’t wait to see my results later on in the year!

To realize I had all my shit together and I was my best version, met someone and instantly made every single mistake more so because I lost who I had been. These few days have just been so so so much learning and thinking and reflecting. I've always been way too determined, I never know when to give up, it feels like everything I know already because I took all these years of being alone in my childhood to think every single chance I had from every perspective I could. It's hard to be back at the start sorta but if I did it once it's going to be fine.

I have insecurity about body hair even tho I am not hairy hairy, certain places I don't like, but I will get rid of it once I come to terms with it once I am comfortable with it there and who I am. Removing is my option since it doesn't bother me anymore. Removing is mask, is a different story. Yea and I realized the comparing and contrast a while ago but it's hard to accept but it's a process.

Brother I m insecure about my height... But I m 19 and Many people I know have grown up afterwards,so I m working on stretching exercises, supplement pills etc to just increase my chances on a potential growth spurt, but I think trying to change this is also making me insecure about it...how can I find the balance??

I recently read an article about tge Spartans that was historically accurate. Not sure if you know this, but they were raised to be chaste at all times, until they were permitted to marry at the age of 20, and even then they would only be allowed to be with their wives every month or so until they were 30. The weirdest thing I read though was that they had a specific set of strict guidelines for what they put in there body. The lawmaker of Sparta outlawed Coffee, Tea, Alcohol, Tobacco, and even meat and eggs, as he said it "insighted lustful passions" and "decreased overall vitality". Then it gets stranger as they started giving quotes from medical knowledge back then claiming that all these things actually irritate the sex glands and cause them to lose out on there "phosphorus rich secretions". Pretty bizarre, but then I found out the fucking gladiators were also all about vegetables. Anyway, I've definitely decided to quit all the caffeine and alcohol, but I may also begin to gravitate towards a more vegetable heavy diet, and lay off the meat and eggs so much as I continue my journey. I just thought I'd share that with y'all

Tobacco in ancient Sparta? No. Tobacco is native to the Americas and was unknown in The Old World until after the time of Columbus.

Man, I am 165 cm tall (should be 5.4 feet). When I was 19 I absolutely hated him, I wore boots and everything you can imagine to get a few cm. Then I started training calisthenics where shorter is better. Now my height is one of my strengths. 🔥

I was always insecure about my ethnicity and culture growing up in a predominantly white conservative school especially post 9/11. I am a proud Muslim and arab and love correcting people’s false assumptions developed from the fox/cnn news narrative

I've been insecure about my relationship with my sister and her constantly treating me like trash because of the fact that I'm trapped in her house during this period and our area is on lockdown. If things ease up, is it ok if I never want to see her again because I associate her with negative emotions?

Where would I find a good guide on meditating for beginners?

I would start with sitting quietly and watching your thoughts without jumping into them.
If a set focused, guided meditation is useful for you, I find Isha Kriya by sadhguru to be really good and time efficient.
