Choosing signals are an easy way to know when to approach, but I completely disagree that you should only approach if you get a choosing signal. Just approach any girl who is attractive. It isnt even to get the girl, its to grow your confidence and improve your game. We can't wait to improve ourselves for silly "choosing signals"

When I was younger, up until 21-22 I was very much beta, and seeked attention from women basically, and then I started learning and improving myself. I can't say I am Alpha male all of a sudden now that I am 25, but I don't care if I get rejected, I do things that I like and I don't force anything concerning women. Also must say NoFap was a huge game changer, but of course it can't be the only thing, you have to work on yourself in other areas. Sometimes, you might not get a choosing signal, but she might not have even noticed you. Even if she has, approaching COLD with confidence can force her to reassess and often become attracted.
I think it's worth talking about what the signals are, because for a lot of guys, they hardly ever get it so often what happens is when they DO get some signals, they don't know that an opportunity has been dropped on them. This is simply because they're not generally attractive enough to get these signals all the time. When you're above a certain threshold it becomes obvious simply because you experience it often enough and can notice the patterns. Having high enough self esteem to believe that it's happening also helps.
I’ve noticed, when it comes to self development and dating channels it’s better to watch people who you find similarities with... Ive watch a lot of other Channels, but who they are as people is so opposite from who I am, so the things and the way they teach never truly resonate with my personality.. i fucks with your channel 🙏🏾

I feel like I’ve almost gotten worse with women. This is not one hundred percent the case. I know this woman that gave me every single kind of choosing signal in the whole book. Basically everything you listed but when i tried to pursue her she made it pretty clear she wasnt interested in that and tbh i was hella confused because she initiated conversation and hugged me and found reasons to come to my door and smiled at me and touched me(initiate contact) like the whole book but shoots me down. It was really strange. This went on for years btw. Wasnt a few days or weeks or anything. She even gave me her number. Said yes to a date once but i got entangled with another woman. Idk perhaps she was mad i didnt pursue in a certain time frame is the only thing i can think of. Cause she definitely was attracted to me. I think she was also seeing another guy in the years of these choosing signals so perhaps i just pursued at the wrong time. She just recently text me too.
