I just got the ren yesterday at a garage sale. He originally talked really fast to the point where you couldn’t even understand him. Took him apart, cleaned the voice box, and now he works great! I got a stimpy as well but it’s not a talking one. I guess he’s supposed to fart but the function doesn’t work on mine sadly

I don’t understand how it still works but it does lol and I’ve never put in new batteries or anything , must have a fusion reactor in its gut
Those toys do not use batteries and use a record system where the string when oulled activates a record to quickly spin in reerse as the needle is up above it, when the string is let go the needle drops and the record spins at a normal speed.
I have both that and they are truly pristine. Well stored. And ... with apologies for this one-up-man-ship, are in better shape than these. What dollar figure would you put on them?
No idea what they’re worth. I got them pretty cheap on eBay. I usually will look at sold items on eBay for an idea on value. Kind of average the sale prices out and you should be close.
They sold these at hearts in Ohio there was some of you pulled his belly button and smacked him before it goes back in it skipped the track and cursed at you witch they had to take them off the market here had one it was epic funnie
