Well hi there! There is some really cool content in the bloopers for this video, so be sure to stick around until the very end. You will not be disappointed!
Clint I love your videos dude. I am wondering though, have you thought about doing a top 5 prehistoric reptile video or something? I'd love to see what you think of something like the titanboa.
Hey Clint, I would love to see a head-to-head between the Children's Python and the Western Hognose. I am just torn between the two for my next reptile and would like to see your balanced comparison of the two! Also congratulations on 100k you guys deserve it! Cheers!
They are freaking amazing. Now I'm going to have to expedite getting a bigger place so I can add to my scaley family! These guys would make a perfect addition 😍🥰
I just picked up a pair of these. And they might be my favorite lizard ever (second only to B&W tegus). Easily the best lizard species I’ve ever had. And I just got them!
I have a large tank with two red eared sliders in it, they belonged to an ex and I plan to keep em for all their lives, but after having them I'm starting to love aquatic and semi aquatic species more than terrestrial ones. Could you maybe make a video highlighting your picks for favored water loving reptiles. Bonus points if they don't decimate plants like my sliders do. It world be cool if there was a tiny version of the caiman lizard or a corn snake sized anaconda. Keep up the awesome work Clint and team!
hey clint, what is it that makes some species of lizard so aggressive towards humans (or anything bigger than them), while others are so chill and relaxed towards humans? ex. tokay gecko vs leopard gecko, or argentine tegu vs green iguana?
Im in love with these little guys, they seem the perfect pet lizard for me. If you can give me any ideas of where to find them or if yours ever breed , im on a waiting list. Also can you let me know the difference between the Eurydactylodes agricolae and the viellardi ?
It's really interesting that the majority of NC geckos are so tolerant of handling. Like something about the way they exist in nature must not reward being super flighty and bitey...not all NC geckos are this slow moving, but most seem to be).
Hi. I knodiced when feeding a chameleon gecko you didn't mention horn worms or super worms. Is it because of the lizards size or is it not appropriate for the chameleon geckos specific diet?
HI Mr. Clint I have a question i would like to ask. I heard that it is possible to contract salmonella infection from handling reptiles and lizards/geckos in particular. Do you know this to be true or untrue. Apologies if its actually false. I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks a million!
I never heard of this gecko. This gecko seems pretty awesome but most likely not a species of lizard I would consider getting. (I am not a crazy fan of geckos especially speedy small ones.)
Clint, you always introduce me to new reptiles/amphibians to put on my wishlist, and honestly, it's a blessing and a curse. . . Love you're channel, and congratulations on the 100k subs!
Can't get anything in Australia cos they banned all non-native reptiles. Most animals in general are banned. They even sell Aus animals in the USA which you can not buy here.
I honestly have never heard of the chameleon gecko. But now I think I fell in love (: Love your videos and extra level in care you teach. Most channels just say here is a gecko. You say Here is a awesome gecko and what it needs. Thank you
I just wanted to say, that since you posted this video 7+ months ago, this has been my dream species of gecko... And tomorrow I get to pick up a little baby of my own!!! Thank you for introducing me to such a unique and special gecko.
As a person who keeps a pair of these guys, probably the most important part is to include a ton of small twigs and branches from about the diameter of their body to twice it, I have never seen mine on the ground and they rarely climb on the plants, so branches are a necessity. Random twigs and branches from trees work very well as long as you disinfect them. They may mold over time, but if you have springtails and keep an eye on the branches you should be find. You could also use bamboo pieces, but keep in mind that they sometimes have difficulty gripping onto those.
Eurydactyloides!! That's such a beautiful sounding name. I've always had a soft spot for geckos (pun intended) Edit : Oh oops EurydactylOdes. Still a pretty name
The whole time watching the beginning of this video I was saying to myself "wow these are so cool, if they don't drop their tails I might have to consider one" and then you said that they don't voluntarily drop their tails 😃 Tail-dropping is something I've always found unappealing in lizards, and these guys have really cute eyes too.
I love chameleon geckos I have a trio of Bauer's chameleon geckos and I've only had them for 5 months now and they're the best pet geckos anyone could get
Just got my first reptile ever, and I'm so glad I picked one of these little guys. My boy Tofu is such a goofy little man, and he's so cute I wanna cry😢😢 I was also lucky enough to have a local breeder produce my lil man!! So glad I found these little guys!!! Edit: Tofu is, in fact, a girl. Woopsie!
@@xprafa so sorry I didn't see this😭😭 I paid $150 for mine as a 5-ish month old, and it was from a local breeder. The cheapest I saw was around $100 and that was for a rehomed adult on morphmarket. They tend to be a bit pricier because they aren't super common in the pet trade. As far as I could tell I got very lucky with my girl Tofu Edit: it's also worth noting that because I found a local breeder, I was able to pick up my Tofu at a reptile expo rather than having to ship her, which made the whole thing considerably cheaper than it could've been. I imagine that shipping these guys isn't exactly cheap
In the shot at 5:03 there seems to be a small bug crawling off the gecko (bottom middle of the screen) I just want to point that out in case its some sort of mite? I would hate for it to go unnoticed and for contamination to happen.
Trying to round up those escaped stickyfeet is 10x harder when they like to bite. I've got a pic of my Tokay on my ceiling and the bloody aftermath of a hard fought battle. :D I love him so much.
It seems like the last option a gecko gets as they are booted out of the lizard factory is: sticky toes OR eyelids. What'll it be bub? Are there any that have both?

Need to add appropriate music for it lol. Another great episode, thank you.
Those geckos small
Love your channel
It’s impressive how loud they are
Clint's Reptiles I’m a new subscriber I am soon getting my first lizard is a crested gecko a good one to start with?
Finally, a chameleon that i actually have the ability to care for
Much easier than chameleons.
Lol
You should get one !
Clint’s reptiles, speaks like Bob Ross, behaves like Mr. Rodgers, and teaches like Bill Nye.
I'm very happy with all of that!
but bill nye pretends to be a scientist but he's an engineer
the 4 horsemen of wholesome education
*Mr. Rogers, no "D" in his surname.

Clint's Reptiles: "This looks much like mating behavior"
Geckos gotta get a room
Dally Donut I got a new beardie!
It has the body shape of a salamander, the raised back of a chameleon and the head and scales of a new Caledonian gecko.
I’ve never heard of this animal but it’s so cool
You're in for a treat!
That close up made your wristwatch look ENORMOUS!! They are darling
Clint I love your videos dude. I am wondering though, have you thought about doing a top 5 prehistoric reptile video or something?
I'd love to see what you think of something like the titanboa.
I am tempted to make such a video... Very tempted 😅
Let's do this!!! 👌 It would be fun!
You sound like your whispering. Even your voice must be careful when handling them! lol
There is probably some truth to that.
Hey Clint, I would love to see a head-to-head between the Children's Python and the Western Hognose. I am just torn between the two for my next reptile and would like to see your balanced comparison of the two!

That would be a good one.
Those little scallop edged pupils are fascinating!
They are freaking amazing. Now I'm going to have to expedite getting a bigger place so I can add to my scaley family! These guys would make a perfect addition 😍🥰
I think I need a holiday to New Caledonia! It would be one neck of a herp spotting trip.
Josh's Frogs sells chameleon geckos. The gecko itself is as expensive as a neon day gecko by itself.
I wish these were bigger, but I love them
Gonna be buying one soon, I'm so excited 😊
He always seems to forget lifespan. That's stinkin important when it comes to taking on such a responsibility
Lol Clint isn’t lying I went to my LPS and asked about these and nobody in the store knew what I was talking about
These are my favorite of the NC geckos
I just picked up a pair of these. And they might be my favorite lizard ever (second only to B&W tegus). Easily the best lizard species I’ve ever had. And I just got them!
Uploaded on my birthday!

I love your videos!
Keep on being awesome!
I'd love to see a video about toads sometime. I love those bumpy little amphibians!
Could you make a video about House Geckos? Thank you.
Do you have a mourning gecko video? I couldn’t find one. If not could you please make one!
Coming soon! 🔔
I’m having a debate with myself if I should get a gargoyle gecko or a chameleon gecko. I think I’m leaning towards chameleon gecko now.
At 5:07 look underneath the geckos belly....there's a TICK
the beard!!!!!!

Did anyone see that mite at 5:09
Hi. I knodiced when feeding a chameleon gecko you didn't mention horn worms or super worms. Is it because of the lizards size or is it not appropriate for the chameleon geckos specific diet?
What is that bug on your hand @ 5:08
Shout out to all the guys who like lizards more than snakes!
What subtrate do you think is best for a beardie?
Depends on the age.
Adult
I meant three of them 😂
Do they do best housed alone?

Well these aren't speedy, so they might still work :)
Well hi there! 2 mins after posting. Gorgeous animal.
So amazing!
Omg I want one..... I am obsessed with New Caledonia geckos. I honestly want to own them all lol. I only have 3 Crested + 1 Gargoyle.

Too much reptile knowledge often leads to a basement full of reptiles...
I know I'm always asking it drives my mum through the roof 😂😂ha
Can't get anything in Australia cos they banned all non-native reptiles. Most animals in general are banned. They even sell Aus animals in the USA which you can not buy here.
Also is it just me or does Clint seem like the Bob Ross of lizards
I hear that rather often, and it always makes me smile. "What a happy little gecko."
He IS the Bob Ross of reptiles.
@@ClintsReptiles and you have a really calming Voice, not only are your videos informative, they also bring me down. 😃

Kind of reminds me of the split in the clouds a Hollow makes when entering earth realm from Bleach. I know, I'm a nerd.
