What I disagree with is her saying she liked it when the stylist asked her about it. Even if she is trying to be nice, when a stylist asks you if you like it or not, that is your chance to say yes or no.

While this video was funny & light hearted you really need to think about the ramifications of making a video like this. You used the hairdressers name & showed her face...this could effect her lively hood and possible future clients she could have. You could of at least blurred her face or name & put a little PSA at the end saying ‘no hate to this nice woman’ she let you film not knowing you were gonna trash her afterwards. Hopefully she learns some better ways to do hair from this but 🤷🏻♂️

On the contrary, if you’re providing a service and not doing a good job, then future clients should be affected. She was ripping people off for doing stuff they didn’t even ask for. If she sees she’s getting some backlash, maybe that would be a chance for her to improve her company/service and realize people aren’t happy with what she’s doing.

The challenge is to go to "the worst rated salon". She acts so surprised, what do you expect?. The lady was genuinely really sweet but Nicolette's attitude was really mean!
Ok unless the salon gave you permission to show their face (telling them the truth about the video) they can sue you, and if they find out you’re rich, they will definitely sue you. I would take down your video and blur their faces.
The salon is horrible, and your hair looks pretty bad, but you can’t expose people like that unfortunately. Even if it is true and they’re ripping people off.

Since when was it illegal to film? She literally told the lady it was for a project and they had knowledge of her filming it. I don’t live in California so I don’t know their laws but in NY you have the right to film anything. Only thing u can’t do is record a conversation without consent.
In california it's legal to film someone without their consent if it's not for commercial use. I think this video would fall under documentary so it's legal. Also the woman acknowledged the camera so their case probably wouldn't hold up in a court of law. The only case they could really come up with is defamation or slander but Nicolette didn't make up any information. Long story short, she's fine LOL. Probably a shitty thing to do (not blurring her face), but it's legal I believe.
