Hi everyone, Steve here. In this video, I show you the best way to round the corners of your image with Photoshop. I also show you how to add a border around the image after rounding the corners. And how to save the image and keep the corners transparent so you can place it any background. I hope this video is helpful, and thanks for watching!
Fantastic video Steve and this will now be super useful to me. Even though I have Photoshop as part of The Photography Plan, I dont use it very much, because it scares and intimidates me and because I dont use it very much I never learn how to use it properly.
Hi Steve, I'm really enjoying reading tutorials on your website, are there any plans for a full video on the basics of Photoshop? Finally i can understand the 72 DPI resolution myth 😂

Hmm... I’m curious as to why the _File > Export > Export As..._ option wasn't used in this video when exporting a PNG image while still preserving transparency. Wouldn’t that be *a simpler approach?* Or... is there a difference between 'Save As...' / 'Save a Copy' and 'Export As...' that I’m not aware of? I'd appreciate some clarification on this. Thank you!

Hello,. Thank you for your video. If I save my image as a small file does that reduce the resolution? I need a high rez picture?

That tool is not there.
The Rectangle Tool is in the toolbar. It may be hiding behind the Ellipse Tool or another shape tool.
