Thanks for the excellent video. If more snow can be shown [accumulated one] on the top of the horse & lady's dress it will be more natural. I do not know whether it can be done.

at 04:50 when i go to adjustments =>Levels is disabled. So i cannot go forward .

I think that’s too much snow, is there a way to put less “snow”?
You could not add the second snow layer. Or adjust the black slider in the Levels adjustment to hide more of it.
Complicated, but this Photoshop beginner was able to follow all the steps.
Why would my Fill be grayed out? I can't do this technique because I can't do a fill on it...
