Up here in NW AL the water is still in pretty cool. They are coming up out of the mid lake ditch moving in the general direction of a flat, but they are still quite a ways from that area ......
Punched one out after work💥🎣🤙from the bank 4lber! Playing hide and seek in the floating vegetation! Wish I found a bunch, but 1 hawg was enough for me , I didn't recast to see,if there were more stacked up there.daylite was going fast, but hey 1 more cast..might have unlocked more bites, go Lowbrow 💥🎣🤙✌️
I love that "competing" explanation. Such an accurate description. I'm sure that was a day you will long remember. And I really appreciate the trolling motor getting worked on over time. It lets me know I'm not the only one that is always working on equipment.
I just replaced the main switch in that trolling motor and it broke again after just one use, lol. I think having my motor open like that sort of matches the proper aesthetic though.
Abu vengeance next generation is a badass little rod. I own 3. 6’6 medium spinning rod for jerkbaits and drop shots, 7,0 medium heavy casting for chatterbaits and 7’6 heavy for frogging and big swimbaits, frogging, punching. Love that rod
Awesome video man!! I'll have to keep these things in mind this coming spring!! Makes me excited for spring and summer fishing! I make fishing videos too and I love watching yours!! Great work and keep these videos coming! 💪🔥🤝
Great information! Thanks again for helping others! The bass in this area of Virginia are still in their Winter pattern. But it won't be too long before they start making that first move up to the points.
Good job. I was in a BASS tournament on Conchas Lake in New Mexico. First day I was a non boater working out of the back of the boat with a walking bait, caught two on one cast. Then caught 1 later. And on a later cast caught to more on same cast. One on from hook one on back. Finished day with 14 pounds and second place. The next day wind blew 30 + mph. Didn’t catch a fish. Came in 6th place and in the money. Was so fun that first day. Catching like that.
Thank you. I've been a long time fisherman. Don't have much money but have some great rod and reals , a kayak that I have built into a good one and every bait you could think of. Way more than I need. On public water, I am terrible. I used to be ok but now I've lost it. I continue to try because I love fishing. I don't have a live scope but I do have a Garmin 4. Learning this as we speak. I think you can help. I hope so anyway.
Thanks so much for watching! I hope my videos help you catch more fish! With a kayak, you have the advantage of being able to get to and fish water that other boats can't. That's one of the biggest advantages of my little boat and it allows me to fish water that doesn't see as much pressure.
@@LowBrowFishing yes it does. I'm really not understanding what I'm doing wrong. I'll keep watching and catch up on some older videos and teach myself how to use this Garmin 4 properly and it will be a big advantage I hope. By the way, I'm not too far from you. Just above Birmingham close to Logan Martin.
You know I love my scope BUT it don't catch'em for ya. It all starts knowing bass seasonal movement. Right on find the stopping points on those routes to love and you gonna catch'em and the scope can't help ya with that. Good stuff.
And that's what people don't understand about any electronics. You still gotta do the work. There's no way around it. Scoping might give you a picture of what kind of mood those fish are in, but it isn't gonna put the fish on the hook for you! Great to see you, Hank!
That might be something I can do in an upcoming video. But if you know where the traditional spawning pockets are on your fisheries, just use those as a starting place and look for structure and cover the bass might relate to in those areas.
Are you finding where those prespawn bass are stacked up?
In that lake that day they were off shore on rocky humps and shad were everywhere and the bass were boiling up on them.
No I keep getting hung up and breaking off.

They are great rods! For the price, they are hard to beat!

Just a simple no nonsense fishing teacher at work. Thanks LowBrow.
Thank you so much!
New angler here and I’ve never seen two fish hooked onto the same lure. That was awesome. Tight lines to you brother!
Thanks so much for watching!
I never was too worried about catching a hundred fish every time I go out. But I wouldn't hate it if it did happen. I just like fishing
Having fun is the most important part!
Being able to find where bass are is the hardest part for me. Looking near spawning areas makes a lot of sense. Thanks for the tips!
If you can find signs of life, like bait or birds, then chances are you can find bass!
I love finding bass just off main lake points that open up into spawning areas. Always a great place to find prespawn bass stacked up!
Couldn't agree more!
Loving the Big Lake!!! And the Big Boat!!! 🚢 And cool shades 😎 Great tips and loving the outdoor office👍
Thanks for watching! I really appreciate it!
Great tips, super easy to understand, keep it up!
Thank you so much!

You'll be catching those big bass in the prespawn before you know it!

Sounds like you had an amazing day!
Knowledge is king alot of good information 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I'm happy you liked it!
Solid info! I haven't seen a huge bunch of bass yet but it's still cold here. It's coming soon!
Spring is on the way!
I don't know if I'll ever be able to catch fish like that but I keep trying!
Getting out and trying the the best part!

I been seeing a bunch of smaller bass up shallow. I think the bigger bass will be coming in soon tough.
Those big girls will be close and ready to eat soon!

This gentleman is making public 🌊 look like private 🌊, quite the skill ....
Thank you so much for watching!
nice
Thanks
If you are catching all of these fish from a 8'-10' float boat that is a damn small public lake.
It's not huge, about 640 acres. So not tiny either.
Can you show us on Google earth what you're talking about? Would be a good help to us new anglers!
