- Having All on 4 (full dental implants) Treatment is expensive, and there is a lot to think about.
Although there are many places offering it at a cheap rate, there are risks with this, and I think its important to be aware about these before you start.
What is right for you depends on your risk profile, and what you feel okay with.

I had my all on x (6) top arch coming up two weeks in Cardiff, had a lovely gentleman come down from London called Guy - had sedation, this channel inspired me to go for it

It's not so much that dental work can be or can't be reduced, it's the ridiculousness that insurance companies won't cover more. For most of us 1 set of procedures can be our life savings. So, insecure future, or dental work? That's why most of us opt to delay dental work.

I had all my teeth pulled for all on 4 top and bottom. One way I saved money was having the clinic that did my implants pull my teeth vs my dentist. The dentist wanted $225 to pull each tooth vs $100
He mentioned Dentaprime, its new building in Stratford has state-of-the-art features and is luxurious and spacious, much better than the place he is going to build, I suspect. I had seven top teeth removed (after 10 years of known gum disease) and two remaining bottom teeth removed. Also I had bone augmentation and six upper implants and four lower implants. With travel and hotel costs and the extra cost to have superb zirconia final bridges, I only spent around £15000, possibly more than I could really afford comfortably but the prices elsewhere in the U.K are definitely beyond my limits. Most are charging double even for inferior final bridges. These dentists, however, are not begging for money for a new kitted-out building, I suspect that most are wealthy and will retire early with million pound portfolios!
That's approximately $18,000 US, but pricing I've seen here inthe western USA is closer to $25,000 US per arch! Guess I need to go see you. 😁

Hello Doctor, I had upper and lower arch dental implants placed 2 months ago. The oral surgeon said my bone is “soft.” (I had several missing teeth for a long time). Is there anything I can do to help strengthen my jawbone?

I appreciate you and your videos. One thing I don’t understand is why there doesn’t seem to be an All on 4 or 3 on 6 type option for implants just for back teeth (or, if there is, I haven’t found it). My girlfriend has her front teeth (eight on top and I think the same number on the bottom) and they are straight and pretty. She has almost no teeth besides those. Rather than have removable dentures, it would be better if she could have permanent implants. But implanting that many teeth individually is extremely expensive. Is there an option for 3 on 6 or All on 4 implants for just back teeth (and how much less expensive would it be than a full All on 4 or 3 on 6 set of teeth)?

Good question I am kinda in this position. Front teeth are nice but molars are in trouble. I wish someone would answer this
In theory it is possible to make a bridge on two or three implants in each quarantaine, depending on the size of the bridge.

Is there anyone who uses the German zerconia multi - strength puck that you use in the Connecticut USA area?
I believe Gurs (the gentleman in this video) is now offering multi strength German Zirconia bridges (teeth) as an option for his patients having full arch restoration work done.
I just watched another video of his, in which he was discussing the various materials offered with the owner of the lab he works with to produce the restoration teeth.

I came back i had surgery upper jaw they put 5 implants lower jaw 7 implants cause i had under bite they look so beautiful Im very happy . No pain only surgery was for each jaw 3 hours each jaw they gave me 6 injection .No pain at all .

I was quoted between between 4000-5000 pounds for full upper and lower all on 4s by a reputable modern clinic in Izmir/Turkey. Will it actually cost that amount or will l suddenly be faced with "extra costs" when l get there??
Is there an age where you would suggest implants are not appropriate?
This is difficult, there is a difference between chronological age (number of years) and biological age, we all know people who seem to age better than others... So biological age is more important, and this is difficult to quantify.... Basically I am normally guided by the patient, if they really want something and know what is involved and they seem healthy enough, I would start with something small and see how it goes. Sorry , not a clear answer!
