Randy did my surgery in July 2024. I fly back to Utah in late October. My temporary teeth are amazing in and of itself, so I cannot wait to get my finals next month. Randy is the best of the best. We LOVED him and this method is amazing. He is the master of the technique. He did the 4on8 for me. More teeth!

I’ve seen this exact same blog from this dentist in London and, after researching everything to the nth degree, agree with Dr. Robert’s approach totally. In fact, in 2 weeks I’m going to see him to get a single implant for a molar extraction to align with a future 3-on-6 in a few years. Honestly, I can’t see chipping away gum tissue and bone to replace it with fake gums/bone. The thought of going in annually to clean the all-on-4s turns me off. If you ask me, the 3-on-6 is the way to go!

London dentists all seem to want to do All on 4 presumably its fast and profitable. Slicing away a lot of healthy bone seems to me an absolute disaster. How many people who have All on 4 understand what is involved? I suspect few.

Let’s get together with whom ever could come to Utah that has had this 3on6 and make a live video of the actual patients and show the whole world what our teeth look like after having this amazing surgery. This procedure is by far the best thing a person could do if they are a candidate. I had surgery march 26 2024 and received my finals July 7 2024 and when I say my teeth fill real I mean it. No gaps health gums health mouth and 💯% fill confidence with my smile and I don’t have to worry about what my teeth look like now. Thank you smile clinic Utah for giving me my life back and my smile. Thank you DR Randy Roberts for thinking about your patients and going above to come up with something else to make patients look and fill amazing again. We need more DR in this world that care about there patients like you do and all the amazing DR you and your team has developed over the last decade. If you need my beautiful smile for anything just let me know and I will be there. Thank you again!

I'm down to give a testimonial, absolutely. My teeth were destroyed due to having a disability since childhood. I had to take medication three times a day for 30 years to stay alive. That medication ruined my mouth. I really want to get the message out there to other disabled people that this procedure is an option.

Thank you Dr. Roberts. Good explanation(s). I went to the 'Dutch dentist university' called ACTA and tried to convince them how important it is for patients to be able to have a choice to preserve their own gums and not have a (more or less) bulky arch in their mouth. Personally I don't want that and also I would not like food getting stuck between that arch and the implants (giving more risks of infection). Unfortunately the ACTA had no interest at all. Leaving patients, also patients who already spend a whole lot of money keeping teeth 'healthy' (with root-canals and crowns for instance, at the time not knowing about the book "The Root Canal cover up' by Weston Price, and lot of them by root-canal-treated-roots that break inside the jaw), only with choices they don't want. As I mentioned not only not as for the aesthetic, but also not providing teeth that are feeling somewhat like natural teeth.
Thank you for the option 3on6 (and 4on8) for around 90% of the patients. I hope to be one of them somewhere in the spring/summer of 2025 (I will contact your office).

Well, an exciting video, I will say; in my head, and I am not a doctor, I can understand from the mechanical point of view one of the aspects of the 3o6 I can imagine that Ao4 will not distribute the loads to the bone in the same way, however having implants my self (and I'm not defending one technique or the other) as an engineer I think that every problem is different, every person is different. We all have to look at the situation from various angles and perspectives to provide the most cost-effective solution and the solution that will last according to our scenario. Cleaning it is always a critical aspect, we can always get food between the gums and the teeth (even our natural teeth), that is why we have to clean it, that is why periodontitis exist, that is why a lot of bad things happen to us as a result, maybe from cleaning. So, in my ignorance of all the clinical aspects (I'm not a doctor, as I said), finding a solution to humankind that can guarantee that our implants last for as long as we want = Forever! is the way forward; there are financial aspects of this, of course, but this is what we want. We want the implants to last, we do not want to go again to surgery, we want the best solution. These are my 2 cents, if any procedure 3o6 or Ao4 or 75 in 78 can guarantee people the possibility to eat with no pain (that was my case), the chance to smile (I could not smile appropriately since I was 14 years old now Im 54), can guarantee that the procedure that we embrace as patients will last, then we are in the right path to the future bring humanity the final solution to a problem that a lot of people around the world currently have. Thank you, Doctors. To all of you, I sincerely appreciate your dedicated work in helping people; it is an honourable profession!

That's what Dr. Robert did for me. I am thrilled with the outcome. I also had one bridge placed on my lower rear jaw where teeth had been missing for decades. I wasn't sure he'd be able to do it since the jaw bone atrophied and there was significant bone loss.
After having sent my panoramic images to Dr.Roberts, it was determined that they could do the 3 on 6. On my initial visit, Dr.Roberts did the surgery for my upper arch and bone grafting on the lower area.
I was very happy with the temporaries. However, i had to wait for my bone grafting to take before getting that bridge.
My finals and the lower bridge were placed in August, and I couldn't be happier.
I flew to Utah from Chicago and took advantage of the service of hiring a helper during my stay. She was phenomenal. She picked me up and dropped me at the airport, took me back to the hotel after the surgery, and took me shopping. That service wasn't needed when I returned for my finals.
Overall, I'm relieved that I didn't opt for the all on 4.

Maybe he wants to join your group of 3 on 6 provider,s . @drrandyroberts 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

I recommend trying to keep your teeth so long as they aren’t destroying your bone. If your periodontal disease starts to get more out of control then yes, pull them, but if it is only mild then probably try and save them. You can send pictures of your X-rays to Mike at our office if you would like me to take a closer look.

Interesting post. What must be remembered, is that the initial cost of these teeth do not see a patient through for the rest of their lives. There is tremendous shifting (natural biological changes) of the human jaw as a person ages. My point being, as the years go by, there will have to be many modifications to the arches, and of course the cost of the annual cleaning. And they can fracture !! Unless ones mouth is catastrophically bad, (60% tooth loss) I cannot stress enough, removing natural teeth has to be the last, last option. Once those teeth have gone, that bone loss is very speedy indeed.
