    Hi Micha!
You and your band are very talented! I watched the video several times with a critical eye, then listened to the Pulse studio track by itself several more times. You wanted straight critique and here's my honest observations and opinion...
During this listening session I kept the following in my thoughts - "Would I buy this band's music?":
    Songwriting:
    1. Well thought out lyrics - a good story and a great journey. Music should always be a journey impo.
    2. Chorus has a really great hook... I found myself repeating it in my head over and over. Pulse and Black Venom are damned earworms...
    3. If you wrote the lyrics to the song, or the other way around, it all fits really well. You have a great ear.
    Production:
    1. Layering is well thought-out. All the parts fit and accentuate the path of the song very nicely.
    2. Levels are perfectly balanced - Vocals are present and not overpowered by guitars, percussion or synth layers.
    3. Personally, I would have liked to hear the bass more pronounced and dirtier - think "Too Close/Too Late" but just the timbre of that bass track.
    4. All instruments are played with extreme skill and professionalism. Vocals are clear and precise, I love it when a growl/fry is articulated so well I don't need lyrics to read.
    5. Choices on when and where to fry/growl and where to belt-out clean phrases are excellent.
    6. It would have been nice to hear some single-pump sub-bass when you transition from the intro to the first verse and out of each chorus.
The Video: (this part is the hardest to write because it's obvious how much time and money you put into it)
    1. The production quality is okay, but overall I didn't feel it came anywhere near matching the quality of Pulse as a song.
    2. You look flawless... I'd say the rest of the band looks like a bunch of badasses too.
    3. The video does show your influences, but I found myself not listening to the song and focusing more on that 3D-printed ST-esque face mask and trying to find other similarities/references; I should have been seeing your band's unique identity instead.
    Overall:
*** To answer the question: Yes. I bought the "Pulse EP" and every other Without Warning track available on Apple Music ***
While writing this, I'm playing Pulse on repeat. It keeps me focused on my review and reminds me how much energy and talent is present. Your voice is amazing. Guitars, bass and drums are likewise flawless. Vocal layering, harmonies and accents throughout are really well thought out. I personally thought TI 02:12 thru 02:45 (Official Music Video) was a bit dry... 30 seconds of pause is a bold choice, but was an opportunity for the band to add something more - possibly a key change that accents the return of the vocals at TI 02:45. I personally thought your Black Venom video was much better (Black Venom is an AWESOME song). Not to draw away from Pulse, but the Black Venom song and video showed me who you are as a band. Don't get me wrong - I like everything I've heard from Without Warning. Without Warning has so much talent and skill... Presentation of your own collective talent is all you need to grow as a band.
Keep doing what you're doing and try to have fun doing it. You all should be more than proud of the music you make. I can't wait to hear what you'll do next!
With the greatest respect for all your hard work and energy.
    -DM

Overall I really enjoyed the song. I'm not a musician or vocalist. I'm just someone who loves music and is trying to teach themselves to play. I would love one day to finally be in a position to create some music with others but it's unlikely i'll ever make it that far. Anyways, as someone who has a love of most music, a couple notes I took while watching/listening:
    - I really enjoyed the video, it was shot and produced really well. The first thing that grabbed my attention was the color grading, absolutely love it. Sets and outfits were amazing and very detailed.
    - The electronic elements are great and blend extremely well with the rest of the band's sound as well as your vocals. Definitely nailed the fusion of the electronic and metal to my ears.
    - Your cleans sound great, absolutely love your voice and will definitely be listening to more of your band!
    - The lows and growls sound great as well, the one criticism I have is I feel they could have been a bit louder in the mix and maybe have a bit more of that overall, although that's just a personal preference as I enjoyed your growls and would have liked to heard more of them as they provide a great contrast to your clean voice.
Thank you for sharing this, it's a great song and definitely something that's going on my playlist now, it's catchy enough that it's definitely a replayable song, but not too catchy that it's annoying.

Thank you so much for this amazing feedback 💙
I'm really happy the video gave a professional look. I'm behind the camera during the story shots (the girl acting is our bassists girlfriend, she is lovely!). I got help from my co-worker to film the band parts because I couldn't do it myself being in the video. The editing is entirely done by me! The song mixing and mastering is done by our bassist! So a very "do-it-yourself" project.
I'm so happy to hear you like it 💙

@@michareacts That's amazing! Congrats on putting together such a well produced video, it definitely looks professional to me. And i'm glad to provide feedback, especially since i'm happy to have found a new band I really like. I've been checking out the rest of your videos and they're all just as good. Looking forward to hearing more and seeing some more awesome videos. Would love to see you all play live, I bet you sound amazing.

Wow wow wow! Came here from the Tauri reaction (btw thank you Tauri to let us discover stunning artists).
Have to say that i'm not enthusiast about the video... Excuse me, a little too darker for me, but...
    Wow wow wow
If saying about comparisons i felt it like 'Ankor goes industrial ' (from me it is a huge compliment as Ankor is in my top 5 of all times).
The song itself is obviously very good technical work: Indus beat, edm parts, transitions and catchy choruses: All that i love in modern metal!
But the main point: first song i heard of Misha .. and i just wonder since how mutch time she is in music for doing these perfects layers, with raspy fem growls... And clear singing absolutely beautiful in all other parts.
Thank you Misha, you've got a new follower! ❤

Objectively the song was awesome and id love to listen to it again without the video (not saying anything bad about the video which was cool and I enjoyed it) but the end felt too soon but it could be a teaser but overall, I very much enjoyed it and was headbanging the whole time. I'm interested to see what's next

Women in mental is one of the greatest things to ever happen to metal. It's probably sexist to say anymore, I dont 2024 is weird, but it's like adding an angelic voice of order to a chaotic art of heavy metal. Im hoping you can do a song in the future with Lacuna Coil. You guys would sound awesome singing together.

I actually promote you guys to another reactor, who is also a singer. Insanity was their first introduction to you thanks to me and the critique was your growl was too short, not enough and a little bit breathy. The reactor is a soul singer by trade so I guess that’s a valid assessment but I love you guys. 🤘🏻🔥💥🙏🏻💯
