In this fast Blackstone Leggero review, I test out the preheat times and performances of New York style and Neapolitan pizzas. I found that the burners lack enough power to adequately heat the stone. It can be a struggle to maintain stone temperature, but it is possible to make some decent New York styles out of this. Neapolitans were a big no. Oh, that last New York style I made used brick cheese with extra sauce on top, if you're wondering why it looks a bit different from a traditional NY!

Those little green tanks don’t put out as many btu as the 20lb tanks. I’m sure it would get hotter with one. Though I agree, the solo stove looks to be a better option.

I didn’t have any of my problems with mine . And it does come with the
Propane adapter for the green tanks. You must of missed it in the boxing .
I meant it didn't come with an adapter for 20lb tanks, which is most common to use with these pizza ovens. Green tanks run out way too fast for every day use.
I would highly consider this if it had a wood burning option added to it.
Pizza ovens made by companies that don't know pizza....
Blackstone just throws their name on anything these days. They should stick to griddles.
