love it came with a peel a cover and a temp gun couldn't be happier ...first run wasnt great didnt know what we were doing lol now its down to a science ..
If you want the option to do wood fired the Roccbox would be a great choice. The Roccbox also runs a little higher in temp than the Solo. They’re both really good ovens in my opinion but I feel the Solo Pi Prime is the best value right now. If you’re a stickler for Neapolitan style then get the Roccbox. If you don’t mind a slightly longer bake and a pizza that’s not quite Neapolitan but still awesome, save the $150-$200 and get the Solo.
Thank you love your videos. I am going to get the Solo Pi Prime based on what you told me. My favorite style is New York pizza and the Pi Prime will be perfect for this style. It looks amazing in your review 🙏💕🍷
I left it fully cranked the whole time and once a pizza came out I was assembling the next one. Maybe 5 minutes, 10 minutes at the most and it seemed fine.
I got the Commercial chef from amazon on sale for less than $200.00 It gets to 850 in less than 15 minutes every time. It also gets to over 900 degrees. Used it 4 times in the last month. So far I love it.
Can you make a video of you cooking the pizza? Just temps you look for to launch and jow often you thurn and whatnot. More of a generic how to cook pizzas in an oven video
This thing is garbage hocked by affiliate salespeople who lie to consumers, the oven doesn’t get the bottom cooked, folks you need to invest into a real oven…
@@vaporwareproducts Define garbage. It cooks pizzas as good as any outdoor pizza oven on the market and it’s less expensive then some of the other brands. If your problem is with Neapolitan style pizza that’s one thing but I wouldn’t call it garbage because you don’t like the style of pizza it cooks.
This fellow must not own this pizza oven or is not letting the oven heat up enough. The undercarriage of my pizzas has never been better than with this pizza oven. My wife even commented saying, “the crust has such a nice crisp with this oven”. I couldn’t be happier with this product. Thanks for your video btw.

I just bought one yesterday...thanx for your content!!!

It takes a minute to know what you're doing. Glad you got it.
thanks, nice review, finally something under 400 bucks. one day i will move up to this.
On sale now for $299! solostove.pxf.io/c/4718323/1818392/13024
Costco just put it on sale 50 bux off so now i want this.
Would you share your dough recipe? Or does the oven instructions include some dough recipes?
This is my dough recipe, just omit the sugar for high temp ovens. th-cam.com/video/AAUZmgmPR-I/w-d-xo.html
Love your videos 👍💕🙏🥰
Thank you!
I wish it can some kind of coating like the Roccbox. Too much exposed metal has me worried about rusting.
I hear ya. I don't leave it outside so it's not much a concern for me. The cover is a nice tight fit though.
@@DiffFamilyReviews It looks like Stainless Steel, if it is then it should not rust.
Trying to make a choice between this and the Rockbox, and thoughts? thank you in advance 🙏💕🍷Both of your reviews were great.

Where did you get the cart?

During your preheat it looks like you didn't have it on the "orange" dashes as they recommend.
Ya know, I wasn’t even aware of the orange dashes until you said something. 😐
So I have had mine for 4 months, the thing I can’t figure out is why is there not a catch pan on the bottom, very hard to clean
What is the best way to clean the pizza stones after?
Don't use soap! Just water and brush

J/w Is there no need to rinse the stone before first use?
No, you don’t want to rinse it or get it wet at all. The high heat in the oven is plenty hot enough to clean it.
Am I using too much flour on my peel because I have burnt soot when retrieving the pizza?
That's probably what's happening. Use as little flour as necessary to get the pizza off.
Use corn meal instead, it won’t burn.
You don't use flour on the stone!
What was the recovery time like between pizzas? I've seen lots of comments about it yaking nearly 10 minutes for the stone to get back to temp.
I left it fully cranked the whole time and once a pizza came out I was assembling the next one. Maybe 5 minutes, 10 minutes at the most and it seemed fine.
That's a lot of wasted gas to wait 40 min plus to get 700+. Does wood heat up faster? Seems a front door may be a good idea???
Lots of people make front doors but it get iffy with no venting. The pizza ovens you see with doors have chimneys.
Should take 15 minutes ish. Not sure if he had it on its highest setting initially.
Mine took 20 mins tops

The only problem with watching this video is how hungry it makes me 😂
Me too! Imagine editing it.

A “scoche”😂
I was gonna put the definition in but too quick of a clip.

Do you own one? It actually works great.
