All the world loves a parade. And in the PH, town fiestas & parades are an integral part of Filipino culture. Filipinos love to celebrate special occasions, like the feast day of the town's patron saint, similar to most latin countries. It's a fascinating display of the town's diversity united in one activity.
Delighted to see your kids' participation in the march as they're now members of the Dumaguete community.
I'm proud to see darling Hyewon representing her school. I'm sure you are too. Her smile shines above all. I didn't know your son plays percussion. Good for him.
    Cheers! 👏👏👏

@@adrian1229 No, it's already hard for them to learn and speak english, and you want to make it harder for them by learning another language. How about you start learning Bisaya. If they're in Luzon, they will learn Tagalog but since they're in the Visayan region it is logical for them to learn the native language. Jessica is based in Luzon, grew up in Laguna so go figure. She lived in Iloilo and the first Filipino language she learned is Ilonggo. She only learned how to speak Tagalog when they moved to Luzon. She still isn't fluent in Tagalog, she live in Ph for 9 years but she's still having difficulty.
