I've gone to In-n-Out since the 1960s, and the quality is still the best. As far as working for them, my nieces loved being a part of their team as they worked their way through college. If people don't like them, that's fine -- more for those of us who love them.
In and Out Burger is one of those long-standing icons that have always “done it right”, having kept strong, committed and dedicated to their original policy or mission statement, and never having sabotaged their food quality; moreover, this is a company where employee satisfaction is evident, and is a top-down administration, never, not once did I ever step into an I/O to see a grumpy or disgruntled employee, NEVER… and that speaks volumes about the company’s management style… and something many other companies nationwide could take a lesson from. KEEP UP YOUR GREAT COMPANY, GREAT FOOD AND MANAGEMENT STYLE! 😊
@fredreeves7652 Good point. I've never seen a disgruntled In-N-Out employee either. Decades ago, I met a guy on the bus who was on his way to work - @ In-N-Out. Eventually, he bought a car. In-N-Out pays well to start. That's one thing that motivates people to apply; good management motivates them to stay.
I notice that every time I’ve ever visited and we’re talking hundreds of times since the 70’s! Happiest, efficient and most professional employees in fast food history
You'd think other businesses, not just fast food or restaurants, would take a page out of the in-n-out business model, it's perfection, it's unmatched in the customer facing industries, and especially fast food.
Fun fact. In N Out does its best to give you picture perfect burgers every time! They call it the "burger smile". So remember next time you eat a double double or a 3x3 your burger is smiling at you.
To all the haters out there, there is one thing you can't deny, only an In-N-Out burger actually looks very close to the advertised picture of the burger. Most other burger joint's burgers look nothing like the ones in the advertisement pictures.
I've loved In-N-Out since it opened near where I lived in Van Nuys, CA (1979?). I have noticed there's not as much cheese on their burgers as there was back then, but their burgers are still great. As much as I love In-N-Out for fast food, the very best hamburger in Colorado Springs, where I live now, can be found at Texas Roadhouse. A half-pound of Angus beef cooked however you like with all the trimmings - can't beat it! We've been on a hamburger hunt at restaurants all over Colorado Springs with our friends for the last two years and Texas Roadhouse beats them all hands down for deliciousness and value. We had an expensive burger in downtown Colorado Springs, and it didn't even come close to the burger at Texas Roadhouse.
Been going to Baldwin Park/ Azusa InN Out since 1960's. They had 15 cent 7ups. Fresh. Great workers, family owned and managed. Lindsay Snyder worked at a local one in high school.
Don't get me wrong here... I love In-N-Out... but trying to revive the "No Delay" thing is really humorous. The one thing you can count on at any In-N-Out is a long wait time. The drive through lanes are always overflowing these days. Not complaining, just pointing out a silly fact. Love the food there. 🤣
It's the chick filet mentality of great service and food. It's not complicated. We all wish we lived near an In n Out!!! We already all live near a Chick Filet!! Hear me In n Out????
5:15 You say In-N-Out is always listening to customer feedback yet they still don't have delivery service or mobile ordering so that's a lie. I have been complaining about that for years. It would be nice to get some Delivered through Door Dash. Yet they refuse. If it's because of randos handling the food then just build delivery only restaurants and have your own In-N-Out staff deliver the food. And it would be nice to be able to walk in the restaurant skip the line and order on my phone for simplicity. It's 2025 and they are still stuck in the stone age. Get it together In-N-Out! 😡
I'm not going to watch the video because I think In -n- Out is the Holy Grail of fast food and if you are going to be negative you can keep your damn opinion to yourself and stick it.
We have Culver's in my area, and their food is the best burger around, though it is a bit thin. I worked for McDonald's in 1993, a co-worker made me a triple quarter pounder, she didn't speak English to well.
That's a bold statement. My fave In-N-Out thing is grilled cheese, with bun extra toasted, no spread, add grilled onion. As for Tommy's the best thing is lick... the... wrapper.
@@gardeniagirl1374 people that don't live near an In N Out trash them because they can't have it 3 times a week like I do. Is it the best burger, no. But is it the freshest, best value burger that's tastes good, yes
they are ok... low prices and good quality. but the fries... always comes out cold or barely warm at all. mcd still has best fast food fries even after switching to fry oil away from cow tallow... wish they would add fried fish patty but if it comes out cold like their fries. also not sure on the actual burger size... dont think it's an quarter pound beef patty. the double double maybe has equivalent weight to qtr pounder or maybe up to 3rd pounder?
I won't go anywhere if thier "secret" menu is larger than thier regular one. I have only been thrre twice in my life, (not my choice) and have no clue what is even on thier "secret" menu. All I know is that they have no hot sauce.
I have lived near one since the mid 80's my location was built in 1985, I have eaten there many many hundreds of times. There is zero doubt that the expansion has affected quality. It is becoming more like fast food because I have had poorly prepared food so much I stopped going last year. There is shrinkflation going on. The meat patties do not go to the edges of the buns, they are 30% smaller. Cheeseburgers are now more like a grilled cheese. I have to get a double double to even taste the meat. Its getting incredibly expensive. The fries are hit and miss. Often soggy and awful or unbearable salt.
The only fast food restaurant that has never screwed up my order, they are professionals and deserve the pay !
Been going to In N Out for years and they never messed up my order. I love them.

Simple, basic, and delicious.

My first visit was a visit to So Cal in 1970. Still remember that incredible burger. It’s still delicious, but not the same.

Mid-N-Out
@SDotMini but no better value for fresh good burger and fries
As someone who isn’t a fan I’ll tip my hat to that
In-N-Out double double with just ketchup mustard and pickles absolutely delicious simplicity.

Always consistently good. Sometimes you can tell when McDonald’s food has been sitting then microwaved.
Best fast food In N Out
I had it in vegas. it was good

Too bad we don't have the beef we once had, but they are good burgers. ❤
#1 no debate
Why do they call it hamburger, it's not made of ham, made of beef!!
In-N-Out does not need more customers, drive through lines are already crazy. Please do not come to In-N-Out!
Normally I try to avoid any fast food, but if I really need a hamburger then of course it In-N-Out or Chick-fil-A
wtf, I love their fries 🍟????
Have not had them in several years, but were somehow boring and almost tasteless. Frozen fries at home are better.
Same, they're so good right out of the fryer. I think most people don't eat them till they get home....well yeah 🤪
47 minutes is crazy
Lynsi didn’t do anything but be born.
It a true all no trief no crime one Wold law man 👌🤘🤘💪💪💪💪👍
I ❤️ IN-N-OUT!
Omm nomm nommm 🍔
Did she just say 300billion dollars with a B? That’s more than Toyota is worth. Or approximately $750 million dollars per location.
For the first time in its 75-year history, an "In-N-Out" restaurant has gone out of business. Now you know where they got their name.
Damn, do y’all have a grudge against them or something? Haven’t seen a video this long from y’all.
Mashed feels kinda lame lately, like it’s all written by AI and follows other good TH-cam docs
My state doesn’t have this co but this sounds just like 5guys except they have excellent fries
In the 60s MacDonald s advertised you would get your order in 30 seconds.
The double double is too small, I always get 2 4x4.

Only fast food chain burgers taste like real beef and employee is friendly they paid them well .
Not here in Maine !
🥵😋🤤
22:44 weakest item on the secret menu.
I like them well done 🍟
@ is that supposed to make the cheese not go stiff or something

Sounds like burger snobbery. The best burgers are custom grind at home with the buns of your choice along with your favorite condiments and cheese.
@Jcs57

I’ve eaten at In and Out many times always thought it was average.
GREASY Dung make better at Home 93% not 75%..
First! Wheeeee
Freddy’s Steakburger is so much better than In n Out.
Horrible burgers, just don’t see or tasted the appeal
In-N-Out Burger is overrated. Haven't eaten there for almost 4 years.
Freddy’s Steakburger is so much better.
@BoomerLoveforGenZ Whats Freddie's. Never even heard of it.
