    Remember it is all about portion control and not what is on your plate. Again don't beat yourself up. If you to a store or your mall park at the stall that is far away from the building just so you are forced to walk and stay one step ahead of your hunger

    I am also struggling with self control and have gained around 3lbs in past 2 weeks. Totally fallen off wagon, eating carbs ++, less portion control, too much alcohol and even eating chocolate. No wonder thr fat is taking over again! My aim is to get on track again and lose 10lb by end Sept 🤞.
    Fact is, after 6 months, dieting is BORING!!!! Got to get mojo back

      Good afternoon. I have a question:)
      When you eat sweet or fatty foods. You don't have any symptoms?
      If I take, for example, chocolate or something fattier, I sometimes feel nauseous and get severe heartburn.
      Believe me, sometimes I crash, but as they say, you learn from mistakes, let's move on. Sorry for the grammatical errors.

      I was nauseous all the time when I started Saxenda. Now not at all unless I haven’t eaten at all for many hours. Over 6 months I have learnt that I can't eat certain foods ( bread, pasta, cereal) but can still eat chocolate and potatoes and rice....so till lots of high calorie risks

      Haha I totally get it and I'm in the same boat, as you can see! Though I feel like I'm above 310 with my pants being tight. I'm due for weigh in to see the damage and get back on track fast!
      Good luck on that 10lbs, let's get back on track together!
