Hey man, hope you're doing good. It would be great to hear from you again soon!
How was the transition.. like did you just stop the saxenda? Or did you gradually reduce your dosage before starting the ozempic
Big thank you from core of my heart ❤️
I need to lose that 60 pounds. I am starting tomorrow.

I wonder why I started having really bad lower back pain also with Saxenda 🤔
😢so sorry for your loss! Hope you are all doing fine and waiting for new updates!

This stuff is ruthless
Just found your channel! I will binge it this week. Thank you!
Something I have found very good for nausea is sucking on a pepermint- works immediately
That’s unbelievable.
Hello weird questiom. I know it removes your appetite. But is it also with drinking water? Can this make you drink less fluid?
I'm starting in a few days.
Watching this from Belgium, I just started last week and I already feel positive effects. Looking forward to a similar journey. Thanks a lot. One of the rare men who is sharing. All others video are women.
😢 I am sorry xx
Hope the fam heals well and sry for the loss. I wanted to ask you a question! Are you still on the 3mg dosages of saxenda or on it at all? I'm in my 2nd week on 3mg dosages. My whole journey so far wasn't bad. But these 3mg dosages are starting to feel a bit odd in the stomach area so I'm thinking to just go back and stay with 1.8mg. Everything prior to 3mg was great. I lost weight on all of them. I feel like staying on 1.8mg will be just right. Do you think that would be a problem? I know your not a doctor but can you stay on a certain dosages if you wanted to for the whole duration if it is working? I'm mail about 6ft was 245lbs. Been on it for 6wks I'm now 228. I plan to hit between 180-200 within 3-6months. Thanks so much.
Hi! First off, you're doing great, keep it up! I am no longer on Saxenda because it seems to fade after a certain time. That being said, I certainly tested with it quite a bit and consulted my doctor several times. To answer your question: You may not be ready for 3.0. You don't need to up your dose automatically at all. If 1.8 is working, I suggest milking it for as long as you can and only move up once it is no longer effective. Eventually, you will get to 3.0 without side effects and can enjoy that for a while. Once it stops working at 3.0, get off of it for 2 weeks and start all over at 0.6 to get the benefits.. I was able to cycle it like this 2-3 times until my body no longer responded. I have friends who have stayed on 3.0 for well over 6 months but weight isn't coming off anymore. Not sure why stay on it at that point.
So so sorry to hear about your dog.... Sending prayers for your entire family.
Oh I am so sorry for your loss!!! It is so painful to lose our fur babies who are a big part of our families,Keep remembering the good memories, we lost a couple this past year, so I can really relate. I have faith in your progress so please hang in there. You are stronger then you think. Just imagine how your wife will see your new slimmer shape and be all ga-ga!! Being 72, I am looking forward to being slim again, and seeing the amazement on my husband's face!!! We can do it!!!!!! Hope your vaca is relaxing and fun!!!!! Sue
Try spreading out tasting treats over the course of days, maybe that will help! keep going!!
Thank you for the nice comments Sue! I hope your journey is going well! :)
Hi! Listening to you, I am inspired to keep going. You are wrong in thinking you aren't strong enough at this point. I know, I know what you are saying, but, You have it all down mentally. You know how to maintain and that is the hardest part. With such determination, you will eventually just get tired of the struggle and just look at food and know, YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT! If I want to taste something, I do, One piece of pizza 1 cookie and I am done. I am 72 and live in France. Everyone drinks wine and eats cheese like it was religion!! I just stopped Jan. 15th and I see it and I think wow, all those calories I am not having! (gives me a little thrill!) as I watch everyone else keep drinking. Also I think protein and veges for dinner and have a small portion of each. Lots of water helps yes! I applaud your efforts and success this far and will continue to listen to your take on this journey! Bon Courage my friend!!!!!👋
Thank you for sharing, I will take a quick look at the rest of your videos this evening and I will start my diet tomorrow
Thanks for the update my friend- likewise, busy at work so don't always catch up with your posts, but I can see you are doing great, looking well. I am slow and steady on Wegovy, no issues with side effects, down around 17lb in 7 weeks so happy with progress . Saxenda I think prepared us for managing expectations and appreciation of non scale wins as well as losses x
Great job!!!!!
Congrats on the loss! Keep pushing man. Watching from the treadmill. Hit an all time low today of 278.4
Niceeee! Glad to hear it!
Sending prayers for your family and your dog!
Hope you have a killer week! Just remember - it’s about being in a deficit over time. Individual days don’t matter as much and it’s ok to have a “high” day. It’s actually a good trick sometimes if you’re at a stall. Make your metabolism speed up for a day with more calories then go low for the next couple days.
Thanks for the tip!
Thank you for your honesty!! You seem like a great guy. Wish you all the best!!!
Wow poky bol look delicious you look like my son I am so proud of him you remember my son gogogo you are amazing I am happy for you❤
We always appreciate your updates any time you can fit them in!
Hello from Singapore! I am starting my Saxenda journey on Friday and I am glad I found your channel. Keep up the good work!
You have a good plan wtg I know it is hard wen you are tired you will attempt your goal one day at the time
Way to keep the momentum going!
Its called a go bag
Well done! Your videos are very inspiring! I stopped watching for a while back there. Are you off Saxenda? If so, why?
Thank you! Yes I stopped Saxenda a while back because it didn’t feel effective anymore. I felt like I was spending too much money for something that wasn’t even working anymore. This time, I am doing without medication. I am taking what I learned from my Saxenda journey and applying it. I also added workouts in the morning and stopped running off motivation but rather discipline. So far so good! Hope your journey is going well.
All about that 80/20 rule! Stick to the plan 80% of the time and let yourself have that piece of cake 20% of the time. So key to long term sustained results. Keep at it!
Ouch! That scrape looks sore, having fun is clearly far too dangerous!! 😆🤕. I have been eating lots of homemade root vegetable soup with pearl barley, lentils and split peas, omelets, cottage cheese, spinach, steak - all really nutrient dense, not processed. It jumped me out of a plateau with a 5lb loss this week. No junk, no booze. Still on 0.25mg Wegovy but after Saxenda side effects I am staying on lowest dose of Wegovy for longer than 4 weeks- maybe 6 or 7 weeks to make sure side effects are less. Hope the injuries are soon better. Have a great week 🙂.
Haha it reminds me why I don’t do winter sports, I always hurt myself with my clumsiness:p Great news about your meals and that plateau. Sounds like you’re doing great with your plan, I hope it keeps showing results. Love that you got back on that horse!
xray
its monday yes
Great update thank you, have a great weekend my friend 😊 , look forward to your next post
Hello again Pat😊, I followed your Saxenda journey for many months as we were on the same train (its Eva here), but I fell completely off track when Saxenda supplies stopped in UK and I stopped following all social media around weight loss ...... had lost 50 lbs, regained 40 lb over 12 months. Now started Wegovy and back on it! Looked for your channel, delighted to see you and hear your news,......we have the same struggle my friend . I will catch up with newer posts and follow again as we both have restarted on the injections. I'm on week 4, doing calorie deficit of around 500 per day, not rushing this time. Lost 11lbs so far. Less symptoms and appetite suppression than Saxenda, but only on starting dose. Hope your wife and kids and wider family are well x
Eva! Very pleased to hear from you!!! Embracing the journey of self-improvement takes strength and resilience. Our constant commitment to reclaiming our health and well-being is what makes us warriors! Keep pushing forward, each step is a victory towards a healthier, happier you! This time seems easier so far because I am able to apply some of the tricks we learned on our last journey, hopefully it is the same for you :) Take care, my friend!
Definitely learned lessons from the practice run 😂. This time I have committed to 12 months of whatever it takes or I will have surgery next January as I am not wanting to be in my 50s and limited by weight. Now or never ✊💪, we can do this my friend
@@claevaeva8997 Are you finding it difficult dropping only 500 calories per day? Did you have to make any big changes to your present diet? Saying that because if you only had to make a few swaps in your ingredients and can otherwise live the same lifestyle, the potential loss is huge. You could lose 50lbs in a year by sticking to that 500 calories deficit.
I'm glad you're eating enough calories!
Good video you are in your track wtg
