A lawyer coming by 1 am flight doesn't mean his case should be taken out of turn or 9n priority basis. The way Rohtagi and his associates are behaving is inappropriate and cavalier. They being experienced and senior advocates must follow the procedures otherwise it will be lawless situation.
Bad excuses are worse than none.
Who and what were they arguing for? I didn't get that part...
The more senior a lawyer gets, the more he/she become sused to judges tolerating their misadventures. When suddenly they come across judges who do not allow such behaviour they act as if the norm has been breached.

I dont see the lawyer being disrespectful to anybody. He is just keeping his plea in front of the bench, which they are not ready to hear. Raising the voice tone a bit is not any contempt of court, is this the first time you seeing any court hearing? This happens all the time. That is how pleas are heard, they have to keep their point forward.
