Sometimes people keep money in CD or DVD cases. My parents house was broken into about a decade ago, and they went through every single one.
If you are someone who is an avid CD collector, then I can understand being "happy" that no one stole their CDs. I would be kind of pissed if someone stole my car stereo. But even more pissed if they stole my disks. lol

Sygic is actually one of the best navigators in the world, you've even to pay a lot for it.
Sygic has the best freely downloadable maps i've seen, I use it and ZANavi which uses downloadable open maps.
Sygic is really expensive but if you pay you can download allthe maps of the whole worldon your device. May sound strange for an American, but big parts of the world do not have 4G everywhere so off-line navigation might be very handy everywhere outside the US or the EU.

For your information sygic is not a random chinese gps it's the best offline gps on android i use it all the time works like the online ones

Did you know you can add an OBD-2 bluetooth interface for like $20 and see all your temps and fault code translations and accel through the unit? Also Tire pressure monitoring addons are made for this unit. In EU its best to buy chinese stuff from Aliexpress. Just got a Xtrons-branded chinese unit there, with TPMS, 4G and OBD-2 addons. I did not take backup cam or head cam or DTV. But these can be added later separately. I will install it tomorrow so it was nice to see how plug&play these are. And Sygic is not chinese its a 3D- navigation system with very small footprint map files.

Just install one of the android auto launcher apk's and it will look really OEM. Btw sygic is not Chinese but a popular app here in Europe.
The auto launcher will make it much easier to control the thing while driving.
I actually just bought Sygic. Seems to work great so far, and the North American maps aren't terrible. The interface is great though.

I already have a year Sygic, it was very cheap and it is very good! Very good lane support, gets me from A to B, even a build in dashcam can be used if you got that product bought.
SimpleBeatsMusic i used to own a MK6 GTI with an Android Naviceiver by Skandinav an it came with Sygic Pro. Even the VW Dealer said this was at least as good as the OEM Audi and VW premium satnavs! I was very happy with it.

You might want to open up the radio and blow it out a bit. maybe run a dry cd cleaner if you're planning on using it because that was alot of plastic dust.

You should get a obd2 bluetooth dongle and get the torque pro app on the headunit. Then you download another app called racingmeter and it piggy backs off torque pro. You can turn the screen into a bunch of gauges and it looks really cool.

If all the sensors are wired up to the ecu he should be able to watch intake temps, boost and vacuum, air fuel ratio, plenty of other things aswell, saves cluttering up the car with gauges

Little tip... placing the radio in the cage like that will cause it to creek and rattle. Get some Tesa tape which is the cloth tape car wiring looms are wrapped in and put it around the edge of the radio and wrap your wiring in it. Rattle free for a couple of bucks!

oh man :) Sygic is not a weird Chinese GPS, it's a Slovak famous navigation, actually first offline navigation to run on iPhone, ever. Quality is beyond of what you're used to as for offline navigation, but it has also other cool functionalities. I know you people might be used to Waze and Google maps, because, well, America ;) but when Google was not much of use elsewhere, Sygic was navigating the world outside of US for sure and is preloaded as well in bunch of automobiles, supports anroid auto and carplay, etc etc. Cool developers, from 1 person company are now a real big thing with innovations.

Whenever possible I’d consider buying a higher spec unit, Sygic is an amazing gps app by the way, I’ll be interested in your assessment of the performance, the processors/storage in these things are usually the low point and they get slower over time and starting up apps takes forever etc etc. Maybe they’ve improved enough, but I’d at least get a android auto/CarPlay compatible unit
What an awesome upgrade to your head unit with a stock look. I like keeping cars I drive lookin' like stock and that head unit with the Lamborghini logo on boot up is just awesome!

To be fair regarding the radio company, they were probably just looking out for themselves. Since they 'dont have a radio that fits a Lamborghini', even though you insist sending an Audi unit etc, they are probably worried that it wouldn't fit and you would give a poor review of their products.

I recently put a $25 Chinese head unit in my old 2004 Dodge Stratus R/t with the infinity sound system and I have to say it was a major upgrade for both the tech and surprisingly also the sound. It also even plays movies but I can't figure out for the life of me how to program fm stations (don't use anyway, just use flash drives/ sd cards) which got me a $5 refund ( I think they messed that up). Don't be afraid to try something like Tavarish
