I've been amazed this month at how much some of the free roam events are paying in xp bonus. There's some events I never tried to do before because they seemed boring. 15 minutes for 1500-2500 xp for most events?! I'm trying everything, even fishing.

I had rdr2 when it came out on xbox but i switched to PC about 6 months in and didn't wanna spend another 100$ on the game and gold for online but it was on sale and i make more money now so i did and ive been enjoying it but wanted to speed up my leveling.
I've been playing for about 3 years and ranking up is the best thing you can do. It lets you craft more things and I still die to griefers with op ammo. Good luck
And if you didn't know, just search the bounty hunters' targets and there's a small chance you'll find collector's items. The only thing that doesn't give you they are the tarot cards
New players really only need to worry about reaching level 100. You unlock everything by then, after that the level doesn’t matter. Just stocking up on tonics, ammo, provisions and upgrading ability cards.
Bro this video dropped perfect time. Started playing online a few days after I 100% the story with all missable’s and achievements. I finished all land of opportunity missions and tried every free roam mission. Now I’m grinding bounty hunter and collector at the same time as I was over level 30 with 30 gold as well, thanks to the free aim and two step verification tips from your videos! Thanks legend!
Rush to get collector role then use the ropke map online. Level up quick and never run out of money. Edit: knew it before even watching video lol. I remember back in the day before they added roles I grinded the fort Mercer story mission with a buddy working on the buckle challenges. Clear the fort progressing the headshot, kills, executions, specific weapon challenges and reset once you max them out. Got me up to 100 in a week no gold bar investment needed.

I recently started playing rdro again. I was on ps4 a while back and maxed out all the roles at the time. No naturalist back then. So i knew what i was doing. Personally wity the collector role i did the entire map. But i get pretty grindy and fixated on games sometimes, and i know most people wont have the time or patience for that lol. BUT ibstartecollector role around....rank 40? I dont quite remember but after a week of doing this consistantly i was over rank 100 and i had all the money to buy everything i needed in all the roles. The least amount of money i got was 2800 l, and that was my very first full run. Most of my randomized sets have over half complete every time i start a new session causr of how many times i did it but ill average about 3500 dollars, and have seen over 4000. The boost you get from full runs is insane. Got around rank 130. Stopped playimg once i got all the upgrades for trader and moonshiner and got to rank 10 on those roles

Btw. do you know why i got 15k XP for free from R*? Got a Notification a few days ago in the rewards tab and could redeem 3x 5k XP. What did I do to earn that?
@@GurrrTaubeIt seems that a lot of people received the coupons multiple times. I have multiple accounts and on 2 accounts I also received the Character XP coupon not once, but 3 times. But on my other accounts I received no coupons at all. Very glitchy!
This guide is wrong, cos once you have collected the cards you cant collect again until the next real world day so its not 10k xp per hour. Just to add as a collector, collect family heirlooms and antique bottles also as they are not random items. cat is right collector is insane for levelling up and getting cash but it doesnt have a per hour attached.
Cat if you ever need an idea for a new video I’d suggest do a lengthy one where you talk about all the things that story mode shoulda added to online, but also think of anything that you’d personally would like to see in online solely like certain heists or roles or something. Level 100 comes too fast in my opinion. I can’t believe we never got unlocks for higher levels. I think between 1000 level unlocks, properties, and heists rdo would be almost perfect
Does anybody know if the naturalist missions are worth doing? I just completed my first poacher mission and of course the XP payout doesn’t show. I found looting the poachers does yield some perfect pelts which is nice.
There are no rewards or anything real gained after rank 99……it’s just a personal thing on how far you want to rank……it happens anyway when you play as most things gain you xp anyway…some have personal goals of reaching rank……xxxx…..but it’s just personal goal stuff…oh nearly forgot you still get treasure maps for every 10 ranks till you hit rank 1000
It takes way to long to rank up get gold money or collectables. I have been playing for 3 months now and just reach rank 166. I have done every mission at lest twice. Cripps takes 3-4 real life hours to get good completed. I am pretty sure the reason why many quit playing this is due to how long everything takes.

Yeah same here. I figured out an infinite amount of them will spawn so I just go to the docks and farm them for xp and then when the 30 minutes passes I quickly get out and turn in Etta Doyle it makes for a quick farm.

@@dagdag5535I had to use some tonics sure but right now I also found out the enemies will stop tracking you if you put your horse or wagon near where you drop off etta so if you want to do it the other way you can do that as well but be careful because if she’s on a horse she will escape.
@@dagdag5535 also if you’re struggling with my strategy I found out that if you wait for like a minute near where you turn in Etta Doyle it’ll permanently despawn the enemies and it’ll spawn in more workers to kill
I think they patched the bounty mission because they shot at me and I caught her but they did end up just riding away and when I went to kill the npcs I got no xp
They should let you play in online sessions alone like gta. Trying to do certain things and a random just kills u for no reason. It's what puts me of online. Just want to grind alone or with friends not other idiot random players

The last method doest work anymore? It gives at the maximum 1-1.5 for killing and maybe 2 for the bounty itself. Not near the numbers you are saying

Quickest method is to ask a wizard to give you collector chests but these are great for legit player
