The first pair that you said didn't fit just needed some adjustments for comfort, as they are proportionally more optimized for the size of your face. Conversely, the frames that you said did fit better looked too large for your face, unless you like that sort of thing. I realize many women prefer larger lenses, so I guess it's a subjective thing. To me, they're too big. The "smaller" one is more optimal as it improves your appearance by sitting higher on your nose bridge giving you a more slender appearance.. The "better fit" ones you chose cover your cheekbones, come down to far on your nose, almost touching your nostrils and also obfuscating that stud you've got on.
My main problem was not addressed and there may not be a solution. I have a very thin bony bridge. Adjustments do not work. Oversized bridge pads do not work. I have sewn soft rubber cups over the pads, but that does not work. It works better than anything else, but still leaves a large red area that aches. My pads are adjustable, but no adjustment seems to work. Contact lenses are out of the question for me as my eyes are deep set, and I'm 78 years old and do not want the aggravation. So other than some sort of band over my head holding the glasses off my nose, I don't know what to do. Any ideas? Thanks.
@@wooltrouserslover777 I was not being critical of your video, at least not knowingly. Buying a new pair of glasses means starting all over again and ending up with the same problem. One size does not fit all. Your help was, well, no help at all.
@@wooltrouserslover777 I was not trying to be critical of your video. After all your title says Glasses Fitting Tips For A Good Fit. Telling a person to go buy a new pair of glasses is hardly a tip for a good fit. A new pair of glasses means starting all over again trying to tweak the glasses for a goof fit.
Brown sunglasses prescription sunglasses you don’t want anything too big extending over your face shape size like if I’m wearing a +8.75 requiring or I don’t want something oversized
Really helpful, trying to find my first pair of glasses to fit a big head and it’s been a nightmare!

Both times I preferred the first pair looked more attractive on your face
👍👍👍👍
The last tip wasn't even a tip. You basically just said one pair fits and the other doesn't, but didn't say why.
