Foil testing is the most convenient and efficient way to check the strength of ultrasonic power of cleaner. Just prepare foil paper with similar length of the tank, dip into the tank vertically after 10 minutes from ultrasonic cleaner is started with warm heater about 50oC. Take out foil paper after 30-40 seconds and observe the holes generated to the foil paper. More number of holes, size of the holes, and distribution of holes, all can tell the efficacy of Ultrasonic cleaner power

Do you are the holes in that foil paper? Ultrasonic power is manifested by foil paper testing like this way. More and large holes means stronger power

That's wat you call cavitation; the air bubbles implode on the surface of the aluminium foil. These implosions actually 'eat' away the surface of the material. Water pumps have the same problem when treated improper.
