My friend, Adrian asked me to come along to his traditional engagement party. We brought all the food, fruits, and even whole roasted pork to his fiance's home. This is such a cool experience that I was so impressed, well food was delicious too! Have you been to a traditional engagement party like this before? PS: This Vietnamese Engagement Party is called Lễ Hỏi or Lễ Đám Hỏi.

It actually is the first stage of the wedding where the groom picks up the bride with gifts sort of like buying her lol and initiating the bride to the family. The wedding reception should be on another day.
