Try concentrating on collecting wood, stone and zombie credits. Cause that’s what the trader deals in. And if you can get a high DPS weapon from him it’ll make the crystals easier

Coming from somebody who spent a week in hospital and almost died after accidentally eating a death cap mushroom, I can confirm you do not need those mushrooms 😂
I don't think you need to search a house when you find it. Simply shrink the house and all the stuff should fall to the ground.

32:04 The sashaying zombie in the back was hilarious to me. It's like a zombie model walking down the catwalk. "Tonight, in Zombie Fashion the latest outfit is modelled for you by "Braiiins"."
Need to store as much as possible in trunk. Keep snacks and weapons and those glasses on the hot bar. Also i think you could just spend a few hours chopping trees. But food and water should be a priority.
Some tips for you:
1. You need spare engine and battery!
2.Take your home compressed with you so if you find furniture or vendors you can place them inside and compress them to save space! Also the bed and a fireplace will be with you all the time to use them !
3. When you find a car use it as fluid (gas,oil,water) storage and spare parts storage to save more space!You can transfer fluids with one empty can from that car!
4. You can compress buildings for fast looting!
I think I'm looking forward to a Failrace live stream of Pacific Drive more than I am to actually playing the game!
This is whay better than the long drive, i love it, its like the long drive +.
The zombie head stand reminds me of the trophy system from Valheim.

This is the kind of terrain generation I wish The Long Drive had, instead of just boring and flat for the most part.
I hope you are gonna do an entire series on this game, it genuinely seems pretty interesting. Also, hopefully the dev will make some QoL updates 😅

That "Inventory move lock" option that's set to "off" sounds like it might have something to do with showing the inventory.
This is more like Under the Sand with zombies.
Battery power went down bc the headlights were left on at the farmhouse.
I’m guessing the saw would of been a good first investment. Looks interesting will be waiting for the next one

Hey FailRace, as you transit each biome you automatically come back to your house, if you can figure how to get the compass back up it will tell you how far away the next biome is.

@@longbowxmkii Sorry, I think he was the first. Certainly not Romero, nor any of the Resident Evil games. Who was doing running zombies before the remake of DotD?

@@longbowxmkii Yea I remember that film. I don't remember the running zombies though. But it was a farce a spoof of the genre so take it with a gain of salt. 78 Dawn of the Dead is still the king of them all.
