- With it snowing in Gta 5 i have even more difficulties in staying alive while being hunted for 24 hours of game time. Although some silly bmx's do keep like to make appearances even if they are a less the useful.

He has missed that opportunity tons of times, he just ignores it.
The complaints about the spawn set are so consistent it is almost a part of the opening spiel. And someday, Alex will achieve his dream of escaping via the train. Probably around STH #650 or so.
I want him to do it so bad
We were so close this time!
He would have achieved it if he had run to the train immediately instead of hanging back after spotting it. Train movies too fast to wait and look at the cars, just run up next to it and get on the first flat one.
Hello. I'm from the future. He made it in episode 67 or so with a motorbike.
For future reference: That spot where u were waiting seems to be one of the most common spots that will 'spawn' a train. If you'd just gone ahead and walked along the train tracks on the sidewalk I think u'd have gotten it, along with if u recognized the train approaching sooner (u can hear the horn and the bells)
Yeah, it would have come in like 30 seconds. And it would have been awesome to see something new!
I was half expecting him to just chase down the train once he got back in the car, that would have worked too.
I got such a laugh out of you slowly turning around to see Bumpy just casually chilling there behind you. Wonder for how long they'd been sat there for. That was hilarious. Curious if Bumpy said anything to the rest of the hunters, or if they were choosing to just chill there and wait for how long it was going to take you to notice.

I wonder if he got told not to run Alex over as it'd mean another restart.

We'll see in the discussion video how it turned out, I guess that he was waiting for more hunters to trap him and do an execution like in the previous carpark.
@@roadtrain_ As a general rule the hunters avoid running Alex over as its a bit unfair and does not give Alex any opportunity to fight back.

I always look forward to these Survive the Hunt videos, they help my mood tremendously, which is something I desperately need from time to time. I only wish they were longer videos.

I think Alex's secret weapon in this StH was Dagon.
A cat cuddled up against you can reduce the stress level quite a bit.
When I hear the name Dagon I think of Mehrunes Dagon, Daedric Prince of Destruction, from TES IV Oblivion.
Unfortunately there’s nothing relaxing about the thought of a red, four armed giant prince of doom on your lap.

Some of the crashing and moving and other sounds you heard are from scoping in with the sniper. When you aim at something with a sniper rifle, the sound from where you are looking is amplified by lots, meaning sometimes you hear crashing or cars loudly despite being far away from them. Is sometimes pretty trippy tbf
The Lemon was a lime! The Fusillade is probably my second favorite car in GTA5 after the Feltzer, completely different performance, but similar comfort.

You ask it and sort of figure it out in the video, but yes; snipers will make things in the direction you're aiming louder. It happened earlier with the beach part but you ask while in the car park, and it's a real feature of snipers. It has been a thing since forever and it was incredibly useful when doing freeroam pvp since when things such as jets were off the radar a sniper could still sort of help figure out where the jet was by just aiming into the sky and looking around.
Yep. Strange that some people think it's a bug.

Days get more cheerful with a Blakey Catman on a BMX
When stealing a parked car, I suggest shooting the window with a suppressed gun. It smashes in a different way that usually ends up clearing away when you close the door. Also is skips the window break and unlock animation, the car just becomes unlocked
A good game mode would be to ban driving all cars. Call it ESG Mode. Only on foot, bicycles, public transport, and aircraft.
That way, we could have ACTUALLY SEEN a train escape in like episode 60-something, rather than the typical escape.
I ran into this video by accident and now I can’t stop watching. These chase videos are hilarious! The “discuss the chase videos are good too…I don’t know which ones I like better. I say all that to say, you have a new subscriber.😂
Thank you for spoiling me! You know about every 9 months I gotta watch a bunch of STH's. And for me there are all these moments that are like, remember that time when he got away by going up those stairs and around the walkways of the building by the freeway and they all crashed and lost him and he got away...remember the time he drove by the gas station and killed longbow...remember that time they all drove minis and almost dying, he stole one, remember the time he drove off a cliff, flipped over and blew up, the time he blew up the blimp from the boat... and there's tons of them.
Gotta run to where the train is gonna be, not where it is right now and where it won't be when you get there :p

Alex, i don't know if you're using headphones, but you definitely should. Heard the train long before it was visible, as well as other important sounds (hunters approaching, gunshots etc)
Playing on PC would help with aiming too. :)
I think he usually doesn't, judging from previous videos he uses speakers

I think Blakey has the right idea I think all of you including you Alex need to do is survive the hunt On BMX bikes. No automated or automotive vehicles allowed except for trains planes boats Mosquitoes Etcetera But no cars no trucks no ambulances no fire trucks no busses no taxis no super cars no nothing like that just BMX bikes or other bicycles Maybe a scooter or Vespa type thing No motorcycles. Watercraft can be used trains can be used Playing some other flying vehicles can be used but no normal motor vehicles.
That pink undercover police car giving chase reminded me of my dream of having every hunter in a police car for a video one time to make the chases epic.

Possible idea for survive the hunt. Have the hunters paint their Pri in the color they race with and if you blow up their pri they are eliminated from the hunt. This may have them hunt you harder or make it easier for you when things start to go awry.
They use pink as its not a spawn colour so they’re easier to spot and not explode the wrong Prius although this isn’t guaranteed as very occasionally the colour doesn’t save/sync
I don't think there's really any reason to do this, why make the hunt less interesting?
And why would we actually want to put a Prii out if it meant we were out. That would be boring af

I was pulling my hair out at 49:13 when I heard a train horn in the distance and Alex didn't. That would have been the PERFECT escape. He just had to walk alongside the tracks instead of away from them.

Alex here's a tip if you're going to go do the train escape. Park near the tracks not next to the tracks and then get to the train tracks and walk alongside it towards the direction that the train is going to be coming from Don't walk away from the direction the train is coming from Transfer always moving on the right hand side of the track In the United States North America To the right side track is the direction they're going to be coming from so if you're facing the right side track if you look right that's the direction it's going to be going and if you look left that's the direction it's going to be coming from that's the direction you wanna move in If you'd walk just quietly along the track To the far side of the track as in not on the track itself but over the retained wall side you would have been able to get to the train as soon as it came by you would probably even been able to jump onto the engine.
