Interesting: I used Exeggutor, Starmie, Wobbuffet, Solrock (for Explosion and Ancientpower on Aerodactyl), Alakazam and Gardevoir. Alakazam (for me) was pretty expendable; I can use screens, and it was not bulky enough to tank hits from stuff it didn't ohko.
I didn't pick Metagross (I believe) solely for the reason that I didn't want to spend lots of time catching one, only for it to have bad IVs. I forgot about the Explosion move tutor, at the time. I picked Solrock since it learned Explosion via level-up, and I found it useful for a few flying types in the e4. (It's also immune to EQ.) In my run of the e4 in set mode, I used Gardevoir more than my Alakazam (it had Magical leaf and Hypnosis, instead; I didn't get a lot of heart scales.), since it was less frail, and whenever I used Zam, I didn't ohko much, and I thought screens were important. I believe I used destiny bond on Sableye. *The whole run wasn't that hard.*
This will only make sense to people who watched Assassination Classroom, but the Alakazam and Wobbuffet on the thumbnail gives off a huge resemblance to Karasuma and Koro-Sensei. I could actually imagine Karasuma and Alakazam doing a serious and intimidating pose while Koro-Sensei and Wobbuffet are just goofing off or doing something silly in the background. It's just a random thought that I had while seeing the thumbnail.

I'm sad that Claydol didn't get used. I used Baltoy and Claydol in a ground type only run of Omega Ruby. My team was under-leveled due to not fighting enough trainers and I was up against Wallace. My Baltoy at level 32 with Cosmic Power and Extrasensory took down his first Pokemon Luvdisc by itself and then successfully PP-stalled his second pokemon, his signature Milotic, which had Hydro Pump and Recover and could crush the rest of my team. That day, I found new love for Baltoy and Claydol.
Listening to your videos always reminds me of that scene from 'Bardock, Son of Goku' abridged. When the psychic alien says: "I can see the future!" Cracks me up every time! XD When you speak you go from a slightly lower pitch to a slightly higher pitch in the same sentence. Combined with your slightly monotone voice, you get that scene I was referring to. XD
I have an idea! When you do all the types in Emerald Kaizo Elite Four then remake all these types using the mons that you did not use the last time. For example in this video you did not use Xatu, Mr. Mime, Jynx etc. So the videos would be Emerald Kaizo Psychic Types Only (Hard Mode Remake) for example 💞
You should go for an all star run. Take all the MVPs from the previous runs and go through the entire radical red or pick the LVPs so they can REDeem themselves.
2 of my favorite pokemon Gardevoir and Metagross is on the team nothing really to say about those 2 because nearly everyone knowns how awesome both are
I know this is late and I apologize if it's already been said, and this is mostly speculation but Swampert used Ancient Power there cause it's physical, and you revealed Mirror Coat on Wobbuffet, so it wanted to avoid going for a special move (which is weird cause I'd think the AI would go for a kill no matter what...)

I called the entire team except wobbuffet. I forgot about him which is crazy because he has been clutch in like two or three different videos. Loving the runs, we’re getting close to the end and I’m sad.
Wobbuffet is actually not that bad in certain scenarios, like with this elite four. Its meant to tank powerful hits and counter right back, and while in the main game the unpredictable nature of a lot of the opponents Pokemon makes this strategy ineffective, in Emerald Kaizo it seems as though because of the powerful movesets Wobbuffet can put in a lot more work. A lot of more 'stally' Pokemon have done pretty well in these monotype runs. Cradily is another example.
As we all know, Sidney leads off with his Mega *MEGA* Sableye 🤣🤣🤣 gets me every time. I also noticed, Gardevoir only has the Psychic typing, but you have the Fairy type symbol at the beginning of the video. Were Fairy types actually implemented into Emerald Kaito? (Also, your advice on using a Ninjask for my Renegade Platinum run was really helpful, I'm on my way into the Elite Four! Thanks man!)

The physical special split is not included in this game, as it is based on gen 3.
