Hey chizzy great video! Dont know if you remember me, I was the one who told you that I already completed the last 4 monotypes in set mode! For this one I used Swampert, Claydol, Dugtrio, Flygon like you did but instead of Nidoking I used Marowak (surprised you didn't used it, the Thick Club would have made all those K.O. that Nido missed possible) and Camerupt instead of Quagsire (great mistake of my part: I knew it had Water Absorbe but I didn't thought it still had Recover!). You did better than I did with Glacia, she was by far the most difficult one. Anyway, just so you know, if you need help with the last 3 types about what Pokemon to use just let me know, I could even give you my save with all of them legally captured in the wild with good ivs, nature's and abilities so you can save some time, I truly felt that month and a half without this series xD that's all, have a great day bro

You never fail to impress me my boy. Fun Fact: On the day this video went up, I'm gonna do the impossible: Play Emerald Kaizo for myself. Also funnily enough I chose a Mudkip and named it Chizzy. He was able to actually beat that Zigzagoon battle.
I think a really fun idea would be to do the normal and fairy types in the same episode. People probably wouldn't want to watch just a normal run again, but if you throw in fairies (which are kinda a bonus since they aren't real yet anyway) that would get people watching. Plus who wouldn't want to see two runs in an episode lol

You should try to beat the league on set with no revives. This could simulate an ideal Nuzlocke run if you team built based on routes, as an experiment to see if a Nuzlocke is possible on set mode. The creator of the ROM said that it’s impossible with set so think of the flex bro

17:28 Starmie going for Hydropump here actually isn't an AI misplay. The AI simply doesn't know about H2O-Absorb and chooses Hydropump because in it's moveset it would be the most damage dealing attack when hit is confirmed as it is of neutral effectivity. As soon as Starmie attacks the first time with Hydropump, H2O-Absorb is revealed and Starmie would no longer attack with water moves. This changes as soon as you or the AI switches Pokémon. Now the AI has forgotten about Quagsires ability and therfore would attack water moves again. Hope this helps anyone and clarifies why the AI behaves like that. ;D

Funny story about shiny nidoking, nidoking is my brothers favorite pokemon and I love shiny hunting, so I take a break from it for like 5 minutes and my brother finds it for me. Later my brother hunts for one and I found his for him after like 2 hours lol. He is stupidly lucky.
Good luck on the fairy one, even if the type was a thing in this game, it still wouldn't be good, cuz all of their Pokemon introduced up to gen 3 are bad.
