What's wrong with your PTZ camera? Night Vision Issues?

In this series of wha't wrong with your PTZ camera we show a night vision issue that can rarely happen as a result of an IR cut filter getting stuck. When that happens, the camera may not be able to see well in the dark or even during the day. It depends on which position the IR cut filter got stuck. For the PTZ camera we examine in this video, the IR cut filter is stuck so that only video during lit conditions is working well. The camera is unable to see IR light.
