yea i hate this design, its much more easier on a Peugeot 206 it will take 15min as you dont have to remove anything to replace the radiator. my thoughts is that the engineers dont know what they are designing and they dont think about how to make it easy for replacing parts :D
What can i say: School people that havnt been working on cars themself, but are still designing engine rooms and cars.........................

Thank you but I am struggling with fitting the hosepipe to radiator as it keeps on flipping off. The clip does fit into the groove
