Another well done video content....can't wait to get back to Thailand in less than 8 weeks.
Thank you Jeff. The one thing I noticed here is time goes by so fast
great finish but units are too tiny for my liking. Minimum space I would need 50 sqm. Great video.
I’m use to small places lived in expensive places. Believe it or not I’m considering a studio they laid it out real nice and the view are very nice 👍
Ahead of America in their modern designs.
Hi James
Noticed you a couple of times lately at Jomtien night market.
Awesome. Say hello or shoot me an email so we can meet for a bit to eat. goodvibrationthailand@gmail.com
Hi again James..Is it common to expect a deal if you sign a lease for 6 months paid up front in its entirety ? Keep up the informational videos..
very much so. i got a steal of a deal for offering to pay 3 months in advance. I pay 17k baht they wanted 24k a month
Nice condo units. Just curious, is there a special "Thai price" that's cheaper for condos? Or do Thais pay the same as everyone else?
Same price.
The "Thai price" is provided to the expats. Otherwise, there will be Thai price only for locals and then the true price of x2 for expats. Other countries do not have this Thai price. Philippines, Singapore and Taiwan for example have expat prices of x2 and the locals could not afford them. So the high-rises there have mostly expats living in them. Here, I see Thais and expats equally in the high-rise. Thais just do not go out much in my experience .... they do not sunbathe for example, giving the impression there are few Thais able to buy. . The 49-51 law is what makes Thai prices uniquely low...but for how long?
Just a comment on the background music it would be nicer if it was half the volume
Right😢
You didn't list rent prices. Great video, though.
Lovely but $270,000 is a lot of money!x
It's all about perspective. In new york it would cost 5x that. plus you get access to the best of Thailand destinations and beaches.
Canadian pays more 😂
Don't like the look of the units.
