Be careful with the side to side to land drills when doing it with no lateral resistance. After doing it three or four times a week over a period of a month, my knees began to feel weak as if they wanted to buckle under my weight. The knee caps also clicked every once in a while when I stretch my legs. It even became uncomfortable when I walked. Regardless, just be careful when experimenting with new land drills and listen to your body to avoid permanent injury.
I'm confused, at the beginning it says "20 exercises, 1 minute each" but there are only 7 exercises: 20 Exercises, 1 minute each 1. Wooders 2. Side to Side 3. Dry skate w single leg squat 4. Dry Skate 5. Resistance crossovers 6. Side to Side hop 7. Cross backs
When doing the dryskate try to pull your knee forward in a straight line, when you swing it and it's behind, don't let it go behind your other foot, but hold it just before it does and then take it to te front again. I hope you understand my explanation but it's hard for me to explain in english so i'm sorry! Keep up the great work man!

I would imagine you would have to have very healthy knees to perform these moves without pain. It's not a very natural movement.
