Harsh bhai ji aapka huge fan hogya. Aapne boht acche se samjhaya. Lockdown ki wajh se gym nahi jaapara tha. Ab mai thode se hindu pushups aur squats krunga. Maine socha tha mitti ikattha karke akhade jaise base bnaunga lekin 50kg haldi aur 2.5 kinastarr tel daalne pe mummy mujhe usi me hi dafna degi. But I wish mai isi environment me workout krpata🙏🙏 Ram Ram harsh Bhai..

Akhara workout is the best...90 kg or above wights pelwans are not only powerful but can also run long distance fast without getting tired . Where bodybuilder are powerful but can't run fast or long distance...also wrestling is a martial art...so..pelwans are the best...🙏🙏🙏

Main Kolkata se hu. Or main ek certified fitness trainer ho. Kolkata beyond fitness karke ek gym hain usme main traning karata hu. Yeha hum sab trainer ko 11 hours main 8000 salary dete hain. Or mujhe trainer hoke gym open, gym close karna or gym ka ac on karna , water filter clean Karna yeah sab Kam Bhai Karna parta hain. Upor se week main 1din Bhai chutti nehi hain. Or khabi bhi chuti nehi Kar sakta kisi Bhai jarurat me. Please isme ek video kijiye.
