I'm 6'1" and I appreciate the fact that the Legacy offers more headroom inside with a sunroof than other midsized sedans.

The ride, the seat comfort, and low cabin noise. Just leased one and love it.

This is perfect for a daily driver. And like you said I have no interest in getting the same Accord or Camry as everyone else

Got a blue Legacy Touring XT a month ago. At first I thought the exterior was pretty bland/plain, but its growing on me. The interior is very nice. The tan Nappa leather is gorgeous and the driver seat is so comfortable. That's what sold me on it - I'm tall and it has a lot of legroom and the thigh extension on the seat is something you don't see on competitors. One point you didn't touch on - it has the best resale value in the midsize sedan class.

Same here bro, nothing beats it in money/value, not even the Accord offers everything in its highest trim, the Legacy has Nappa Leather and premium Audio Harman Kardon, I got the Touring new $35000 before taxes.

@@adriano8809 You did a bit better than me - although in this market anything under MSRP is a win.

The infotainment was a mess , and the auto star stop engine horrible

@@sun0066 I don't care for it either, but the on/off for the engine start/stop is right on the home screen so its easy to get to. What I hate above all else is that driver monitoring system. I don't need it nagging me to pay attention. The irritating thing is when I turn it off it enables itself again about every other time I drive the car. Then I have have to go through three menus again to turn it off. The problem is the camera doesn't recognize me half the time and it resets itself as if its a brand new driver.

@@jeffmorse645 yes sorry I was taking about the infotainment in the 2020 , legacy , it has been updated , then the auto start stop engine now is in home screen , but before was sumerged in the setting and drove me crazy , otherwise I love it , yes the eyesight systems is a little fussy

I love my Liberty GT Wagon MY2004. It has done 250,000 km and still going. (We call it Liberty in Australia.)
My son drives the Liberty 2.5 MY2014. A friend who owns a Merc says his Liberty feels and handles like a European car.

Nice work on this video, man! I thoroughly enjoyed it.
I think the Legacy is still a GREAT choice in the midsized sedan segment, despite the Legacy's somewhat bland exterior styling... But, as you mentioned, styling is subjective. I know we all agree that that nappa interior is BEAUTIFUL!!! 😅
Styling aside, the Legacy is a standout thanks to the AWD, advanced safety tech, and value. Keep it up! I totally agree with you!!! 😁👍🏽

We bought a 2020 Legacy and the conservative styling was a selling point. To each his own I guess.

I constantly hear or read the bland exterior comments That's what I really like about the Legacy< I have a 2015 Legacy Limited with on 46,000 miles on it. Love the car, but decided to buy a 2022 Legacy Limited Touring Edition, I preordered one and am waiting for delivery. I plan on giving the 2015 to my grandson who is in college and in need of dependable wheels. The car is like a new one I take excellent care of my cars. The styling resembles the 2022, but the 2022 is a refined version of it. I like that the car from a bit of a distance does not appear dated. Accord and Camry have gone out of their way to try to put new creases in the body panels and switch up the tail ight and headlight/ grill configuration to make the car look sporty. I like the conservative look of the Legacy, The others can't match the Legacy interior or ride and the Turbo drive runs right along with them. I am a Legacy fan having had 5 of them, so I know the subtle differences in the grill and tail lights, etc. that tells you what year it is, but most people don't, so they don't know that you are driving a six year old car as long as you keep the exterior maintained.

The legacy offers 2 different drive trains. The 2.5 and the 2.4 turbo. Now, they should do the same in the Impreza. The 2.0 and they should also offer he 2.5.

I think the premium trim will satisfy most people in the long run in terms of value and functions.

These prices are reasonable. However, this is not what I am seeing at dealerships. Base model is 26K, Premium model is 28K. Marking up those prices..
