Was just about to say, while you are prepping, fill it with boiling water and put the lid on. Makes the inside nice and hot!

Nope. I’ve packed one for my son, and surprisingly it lasted till lunch. Its a very great product I recommend getting it.

A full thermos will stay hot longer than one with a lot of air in it. That’s why soups stay hot longer.
