The best BL3 has to offer isn’t even the strongest. I say Ties that bind/driver/low level revolter/all elements/blade fury Amara with a cutpurse static charge is the best BL3 has to offer. I remember getting a cutpurse static charge with bonus melee? Dude. That was the single most fun build I have ever played. Made me switch from constantly playing Moze to just playing Amara
