Love the video and all of your content, informative funny and detailed descriptions. Cheers for that.
Question is about how you maintain the enclosed tracks if they need it at all?
    Following from New Zealand cheers

Good question! But the magic really is the epoxy track...it holds up really well. You could potentially mill out the epoxy if it gets badly damaged but I've only seen that once when a shark ran into the front of the shaft and popped it through the track. Gun was basically destroyed and the shaft was hopelessly stuck. I put it on the wall for a couple years for the story value and eventually tossed it.

Hey Ross, Sorry to hear you have a rusted speargun. I'd be really careful about using it if the trigger mechanism has any rust on it. The rust can weaken the metal to the point of failure. As for cleaning it, I really can't help out on that. Not because I don't want to but because I simply don't work on any of the older metal guns. Good luck.

thanx great video..question...i have teak-wood speargun , producer of the gun said my gun's wood applied by epoxy- so i suppose not use teak oil on the gun, teak oil would damage the surface of the gun...he said there is nothing i can do to disappear the scratches or sort of damages on the gun...what do you suggest, what should i do for maintenance? clean scratches and make it look handsome :) i m writing from turkey by the way

Ask them what to do to fix the scratches. Epoxy coated spearguns will eventually get scratched and the water will work it's way under the coating and it will flake off if not maintained. I would suggest mixing up a little epoxy and carefully coating the nicks and scratches.
