This recipe looks delicious! I had a piece of wild salmon I needed to cook so I put it in my everyday pan with Avocado oil and butter; placed it skin side up for a few minutes, then flipped to skin-side down and crisped up the skin in the oil. Broke it into bite-sized chunks and dipped it, skin and all, in a quick blend of mayo, dill, lemon juice, and mustard. Very fast and simple and perfectly satisfying. The skin has LOADS of nutrients! 🎈
Update: I just fried up about 2 cups of extra cabbage that I have neglected using, with some diced onions that I caramelized in some bacon grease, and then put about 2.5 tsp of your sauce in it, and OH MY GOODNESS, it is SO good! Your super easy and yummy meals have made me love to cook now! :D I just made this tonight and it was SO good! I did an ooopsie and made too much of the sauce because I only made two salmon filets, but my husband quickly decided that we were going to use the extra sauce over palmini noodles in another meal. I'm surprised he didn't drink it, he loved the sauce that much! The salmon came out perfect! Thank you for your easy, delicious meals!!
This recipe is amazing. The creamy garlic lemon sauce is delicious. My salmon skin did stick to the bottom of the pan so I just removed all the skin at that point, cleaned the pan, cooked the sauce and then added back the salmon to warm it up again with the sauce.
I just made this and it’s absolutely delicious! I didn’t have any fresh parsley on hand, so I subbed with fresh basil and it’s a 10/10 and couldn’t be easier to make! I’m subscribing!
Sounds delicious 😋 I do not own a thermometer so I’m going to have to wing it lol How ever I’m excited! I only have one piece of salmon for myself so I’m gonna cut down the cream recipe 😅 Thank you!

Great video I’m making it tonight. Thanks for the tip on the pepper. And the skin.
