Koopa the Quick when he cheats: 😇
Koopa the Quick when you cheat: 😡
Wow! What a hypocrite he is!
it's like that one meme with the flower
At least it's justified that using warps won't disqualify you from the race, given how KtQ likely doesn't know about them.
Cannons are the more obvious offender, and I can see why he looks out for them being used.
you can run up there tho
You literally can run up the white slope by holding A and kicking with B lol 😂.
For context on how the Pokémon CPUs are cheaters, Dragonair evolves into Dragonite at level 55, Vigoroth evolves into Slaking at level 36, and Glameow evolves into Purugly at level 38, yet we see them at levels 49, 28, and 16, respectively, meaning these CPU trainers somehow evolved them much sooner than they should have.
Oh you know they did something diabolical at the lab.
Perhaps they didnt evolve them at all. i remember in diamond pearl and platinum that you fould catch a roselia that was lower level then the level you need to evolve budew into one (wich is obviously dumb)
@@jismeraiverhoeven I don’t remember finding a way to catch a Dragonite anywhere. If it can be done, there was no way to do it, in the blue version. I do remember some Pokémon being able to be caught below evolution… Can’t remember which ones though.
Sorta insignificant, but another example is Kabu in gen 8 having a Centiskorch that is level 27 even though it actually evolves at level 28
Well guess what, two can play at that game as you can find A Volcarona in BW2 at relic castle near the PWT at level 35, Do you know How many levels it takes for Larvesta to evolve into Volcarona? 59!
Nintendo was really keen on showing kids the reality of how unfair life can be at an early age, huh?
Yep...sure looks that way, as much as it pains me to admit.
That was the norm for Nintendo back then.
Better preperarion for the real world then my parents ever gave me as a kid.
Nothing prepared me for an unfair world like mario sunshine fire goop
@jankington216 Don't forget about that pachinko mission.
The Diddy Kong Racing example WAS told to us. Every time you beat a boss in Diddy Kong Racing, there is a scene where Taj says "I've got something special for you." And gives you some special advice; such as while R Drifting, pushing B will allow you to sharp turn, or releasing the gas before hitting a Zipper will give you a super boost.
Problem is, these tips are told via subtitles, and you can turn subtitles OFF.
Lance cheats even more, he has an Aerodactyl with Rock Slide which it can’t learn in Gen 2.
Also in Gen 1 his Dragonite has Barrier so he’s basically such a big cheater
_"You don't get to be Champion of the Pokémon League without knowing how to spam _*_FULL RESTORES!"_*
True
The world of Pokémon NPCs is FULL of users of Action Replay
Ghestis and his stupid Hydregion for one
Falkner can't catch a break. His dad's lvl 9 (GSC)/ lvl 13 (HGSS) Pidgeotto
Hau abandoned his noibat
Those in universe characters hogging all the good pokemon events. All we get are the occasional Shiny Arceus.
In Diddy Kong Racing after beating the second boss of the game, Taj the genie tells you: "take off the accelerator button before hitting a zipper" so the game actually tells you about this strategy
Unfortunately, what the game DOESN'T tell you is that if you start holding the accelerator as soon as you see the rainbow colored smoke, you'll get a far more effective boost! Any earlier and you won't go anywhere! Still, requiring you to be perfect just to win the race....... truly aggravating!
>.
@@Majokodomo Yeah, I only learned about the rainbow smoke timing from a guide. They left the player in the dark about that in-game, yet it is critical information. I also learned about tapping the A button to go faster instead of holding it, but I'm not sure if Rare ever meant for the player to figure that out intentionally.
@@Majokodomo Didn't know that small detail, thank you for telling me! ;)
It's also possible to beat Wizpig without green boosting, but it's extremely difficult.
They never explain how to do the starting boost in any racing game
4:40 For this minigame, the Chomp's Bubble only pops when it is at full extend. Which means it cannot wake up anytime, just a few frame every cycle. Knowing that, it became absurdly easier to win again the Master CPU.
King of skill tech by chance???
Lance: I don’t approve of trainers that cheat and use underhanded tactics
Lance in Gen 1: Use Thunder Wave and Wrap to create a never ending loop
Lance in Gen 2: Uses three underleveled Dragonites
Right…
Also in gen 1 he has a dragonite with barrier(which he can't learn) and an aerodactyl with rock slide in gen 2(which he can't learn in that generation).
The CPUs in Mario Kart are especially brutal.
YES!
First two games are bad for the rubberbanding. For the later games, however, you have to be on your toes for item spam; on the shorter courses, even just one Spiny Shell could be enough to cost you 1st place against hard level CPUs.
Speaking of cheating in Pokémon, in Pokémon Stadium 2, if you battle the trainers in levels of the Gym Castle, while they will select three Pokémon they're going to use in battle, very commonly, the first Pokémon will change to one where they'll have a better advantage over you. And I tested it. Thanks to the N64 Online Servers, where they allow you to use save states to continue where you last left off, if you use a save state after your opponent pick the Pokémon they're going to use, and then pick the Pokémon you want to pick, the first Pokémon that's sent out will change.
Of course Ten has infinite HP during the second round with him. He's a tutorial.
Lmfao
I was thinking the same thing. Like... the game is trying to get you to do what it teaches you. Of course, he's not going to run until you do it. That's not cheating, that's just a tutorial battle.
That's kinda the point of a tutorial fight.
The target isn't supposed to die until you show/tell the game you know what you're doing.
Nintendo's earlier Pokemon games had the mindset of, "If you want victory, then you'll have to pry it from my cold dead hands"
Koopa the quick: I'm gonna use a slope you can't walk up on
Mario: you're gonna do that while I'll use a cannon
Koopa the quick: hey that's cheating
Mario: you used a slope I can't walk on so I'm gonna use a cannon
I think you can get up the slope, but I think it’s that kick jump spam you got to use to make it happen…
you can make it up the slope
@@lp64detrainer64yes that is it. Holding A and kicking with B repetitively to get up it.
To be fair, he allows you to use the teleporter
Super Mario Kart: We have the best ai rubber banding technology to make the races nearly unfair!
Mario Kart 64: Hold my beer.
Canary Mary grabs the beer and cracks her knuckles.
@@shawntraub7249 And then Samurai Goroh takes the beer and cracks his knuckles.
Iirc, the rubber banding in 64 only went one way. If a cpu got too far ahead, you could never catch up, period.
At least Mario Kart 64 CPUs don't spam you with their items, unlike the SNES. I *hate* racing against either of the Mario Bros as the main rival because they constantly turn on the star power
@Kobobble Yea that was pretty annoying in Super Mario Kart but as long as you don't let them run into you you'll be fine, unlike 64 where the "rival" racers will just always catch up to you if you are in first and has a chance to overcome you in the last lap at the finish line and cause you to get 2nd despite your hardest efforts in racing well, it's just crazy.
The CPUs in F-Zero Master difficulty are no joke, they are always on your tail, no matter how far you think you are they are always rubber banded to you. If you make a tiny mistake they will zoom right past you and it becomes hard to catch up and you might rank out.
Or, worse still, they could shunt you with _otherwise impossibly high force_ on a tight bend or narrow length of track, sending you flying off-course into early retirement. 💥 (While they, themselves, stick to the track like a magnet.)
Well, F-Zero GX is among the hardest racing games in existence, so that probably isn't too surprising to see.
@@timothypitcher7996 Suddenly, X Cup in F-Zero X seemed much more appealing. (If, for anything, just to have a course generate with one or more impossibly tight turns so we can watch the 29 AI racers _zoom to their doom!)_
But you gotta admit, it does become incredibly satisfying when you've mastered a few techniques to beat the Master CPU at their own game.
I've only ever beaten Jack cup on Master difficulty once and I can attest to its infamousy. In every race, I never got better than 5th place. The way I won overall was by taking out every character and rival that surpassed me in points (or was about to). It's the dirtiest way to race, but for me it's the ONLY way!
The extra life for getting 5 KO's also incentivizes this playstyle. So even if I struggle to retire the right people, I can always try again after the fifth takedown.
0:13 i remember doing this in super mario 64 DS, back when i was afraid of the chain chomp because of the noise he makes when you get too close to him
No mention of the fact that all of the bosses in Diddy Kong Racing get a headstart on you, with two of them having infinite items that they spam relentlessly on rematches? One of them, Smokey, even has unique, unobtainable fireball projectiles similar to Bowser's.
I’ve seen footage of Mario Party Superstars where CPUs roll very specific numbers using Custom Dice and find hidden blocks on the spaces they stop on…
Yeah that’s happening since the beginning, even in the early Mario Party games CPUs will sometimes make weird “decisions” that don’t appear to make sense until suddenly it works out for them due to good supposed RNG. Though of course they really knew it was going to happen the big cheaters!!
And when you are in first place the CPU make sure to make the rest of your playthrough a living nightmare until you no longer in first place.
@@vincentfichtler7758True. I was playing Jamboree and two CPU players were able to perfectly time the Chance Time space to steal stars from me. Somehow, I still won thanks to a 2x Boo Star Steal thanks to an ally.
I’ve literally seen something like this happen when I played Super Mario party. Lots of instances I’ve seen human players get hidden blocks and they were just coins, but the ONE TIME an AI gets a Hidden Block, it’s a STAR.
What’s ironic with Lance, he gave team rocket flack for forcing Pokémon to evolve with the radio waves
Huh. I'm kinda surprised Ghetsis and his infamous level 57 Hydreigon was never mentioned. I guess that would've been too obvious?
In Black 2 / White 2, the level of Ghetsis's Hydreigon can be as low as 48 on Easy Mode. A Deino can't even evolve into Zweilous until level 50.
You can literally get Mario Karted at 50cc on any track in Mario Kart Wii with the amount of bs and items flying about (thundercloud and POW block PTSD), and in Mario Kart 7 there just seems to be an endless amount of blue shells thrown.
I've never player Mario Kart 7 but I definitely hate Mario Kart Wii's 150 cc for how unfair the AI is. You just need to make a tiny mistake or be hit by one shell & you'll drop from 1st to 12th really quick
So we can't cheat because we are the player but when it's a CPU it's OK. Well, thank you Nintendo 👍
Ahh, the fond memories of playing Super Mario Kart on Wii virtual console. I screamed so hard and threw my Wii Remote across the room.
Of all of them, the ones that pissed me off the most were Mario Party 9 and Super Mario Kart. In the case of the former, you literally have to pause the game if you want to have a chance to win bosses like Chain Chomp. And in the case of Super Mario Kart, god, they had the cheat codes activated. And the worst thing is that this lasted until Super Circuit, as we recall: In Mario Kart 64 they get a speed boost if they are out of our reach.
Good video! Nintendo always wanted you to have fun their way or not at all! I'm surprised Mario Kart 64 wasn't mentioned. The CPU rubber-banding is probably at its worst in that one!
I remember that F-Zero mission against Samurai Goroh. It was the place where I just got completely stuck. I remember trying more than a dozen times, but just could never complete it.
I'm surprised that the Mario Kart Wii CPU drivers in 100cc Grand Prix & onwards (especially 150cc & Mirror) aren't shown
Remember playing super Mario kart and I was about be first place but Luigi just went superstar. Those Ai are brutal
When you realize that the CPU player knows that you cheated and decides to cheat back
Let's not forget the Team Rocket Grunt in Mt. Moon in R/B/Y who has a Level 17 Raticate.
Of course, it IS Team Rocket, so that's to be expected.
However, I also remember a Pokemaniac NPC in G/S/C on the S.S. Aqua who uses a Level 31 Rhydon.
It actually is possible to get a Rhydon with a level as low as 15, but it involves trading with a NPC in Pokemon Yellow.
Also, a level 17 Raticate is legal to have in Pokemon Yellow, as you can catch one at level 15 at Route 21.
@@timothypitcher7996 I haven't played Yellow in forever and my strategy guide is buried under mountains of books and containers, so I completely forgot you can legitimately catch some Pokémon at lower levels than what's usually required for evolution.
1:07 Lance with the darkwing duck pose 😂 let's get dangerous
You've forgot that Ghetsis has an underleveled Hydreigon in his party. Zweilous can't evolve into Hydreigon until level 64.
And let's not forget about Mario Kart 64's notorious AI as well. Not only is there absurd rubberbanding, but a CPU racer will sometimes take a massive lead that's literally impossible to stop.
Mario Kart Wii's 150cc has that rubberbanding as well. Just make a little mistake & there is going to be at least one driver you won't be able to reach because all of them just sweep over you
@TM-om4tu And to add insult to injury, you don't know when a Winged Spiny Shell is approaching until it's too late. Mario Kart 7 and Mario Kart 8 at least offers some form of warning that there's a Spiny Shell around.
0:46 actually, you can go through the same path as koopa the quick by jump kicking your way up iirc
The trick is you hold down the jump button. Then push the punch button, and Mario does a kick (which gives you more velocity).
If Mario is running too fast, he does a slide instead (and promptly slides all the way back down). So use the kick at medium to slow running speed.
You are faster by going the akctual route😅
I wanna see a race between the Running Man and Wizpig

I wonder if it counts as a certain amount of cheating when CPUs in at least Super Smash Bros. Brawl are coded with attack priority set to human players, so they'll always attack human players before other CPUs when they can.
It's not just limited to Brawl. In Melee, CPUs have the tendency to pursue human players as well, even when it's more favorable to go after the other CPU players.
I mean, to be fair the Brothership one was designed to end halfway once you use enough plugs
Nintendo suNintendo really went all out showing kids how unfair life can be from a young age-and honestly, I respect that. It's a tough lesson, but someone had to teach it!
Even on easier difficulty, computer in Street fighter 2 input reads and counter hits you.
I hate when they do stuff like that, especially when they're CPUs in multiplayer games
3:37 That little piggy's going like a bat out of hell.
En el mismo F-Zero GX todos los cpus hacen trampa en la dificultad master y también lo hace Deathborn en el capítulo 8 del modo historia
Wild Pokémon can be found fully evolved at levels lower than what is required of them to evolve. It's becoming the case more and more these days in the newer games. Hell, you can catch a Dragonite at Level 1 in Pokémon GO these days if you're lucky.
Nice detail using the Wii Aran Ryan theme. 😂
I don't think you mentioned the fact that Mario Kart 64 CPU's are the worst when it comes to rubber banding and cheating.
Mario Kart Wii is especially bad considering how many blue shells can appear in a race, you can get hit _four times in a single lap._
I remember that I got hit with 3 - 4 Blue Shells in one race as well, plus all the red shells & POW blocks that might knock you out
When you realize the ai is sentient
*always has been.*
@@alvaroperez2349just curious why are you everywhere
Stanley moment (please someone put him out of his suffering).
@ cause I like what I like.
The NES era had lots of cheaters.
Bald bull.
The yellow car from RC pro am.
Etc
Koopa the Quick may cheat, but he doesn't call you out for using the warps up the mountainside. Easy way to pull it off!
Also, the AI in Mario Kart definitely cheats in numerous ways, such as not being affected by items if you hit them while they're off-screen, massive rubber banding, and the onslaught of item spam. Just watch it get a hundred times more competent and vindictive the picosecond you get in first. Even F-Zero, which has its fair share of shifty AI (GX's story mode was stupidly hard for no real reason), cannot cheat like Mario Kart.
Admittedly, watching the Running Man warp reality to beat you is fun; the devs admitted they couldn't think of a useful prize for winning, so they made him always beat you.
Mario Kart Wii is definitely the worst when it comes to item spam. 3 - 4 blue shells in one race, loads of red shells, POW blocks that you could only evade with a bike & then a lot of stage hazards like in Bowser's Castle or Moonview Highway
Yeah, and 12 characters per race just meant 4 more AI opponents with a burning grudge against the human.
To be honest, in Pokemon Yellow we can catch lvl 8 and 9 Pidgeotto in Viridian Forest
That's a reference to the anime where ash caught a pidgeotto in the viridian forest. They also did that to give you the possibility to easily recreate ash's team in kanto
I wanna mention Mario Kart 64 150cc. If a computer in first place gets a good lead and is out of eyeshot, they will move at motorcycle speeds… before motorcycles were even a thing. It is borderline impossible to catch them. It is best to slow down and let 2nd place catch up to them of which they move at normal speeds and will be passable at that point. They can’t super outdrive a 2nd place CPU.
That'd genius how you figured out that trick to catch first
Many thanks @ShundaeDreams. Well if you play alone and adjust the display of the racers, you can have a box that outlines the outer side of your screen. I think the beginning of the course starts at the top left? 🤔 I dunno. But each racer has their icon go around the whole box as you race. I kept mine like that so I knew how close I was to the other racers. Well in Kalmari Desert I notice 1st place going unbelievably fast. Like I get it, no obstacles in the way but the gap was getting super wide and unless they were snaking (getting drift boost constantly and the computer does not drift) there’s no way they should have the lead that they had. As far as items go you can only get a single mushroom in first place and boo which allows to steal items, that’s it. The lower ranking players have a much higher chance of getting items that can easily outpace first place and even if they could use it in 2nd they still could not catch 1st.
I think it was on Toad’s Turnpike where I was trying to keep up with first, got dusted and 2nd place took my spot. Well first place slowed down tremendously and 2nd place was moving illegal speeds. Well I loved Mario Kart 64 and was pretty good (beat all the ghost) so it was just a matter of time before I figured it out through constant trial and error. I feel like others may have found out if they played as much as I did lol.
😮 I always knew about that first-place-hyperspeed... I never knew that it is cureable! Thank you!
@@MaxScheibenpflug First-place-hyperspeed. Is that what it’s called? Even if it’s not love the name and you’re welcome.
The problem with Dragonair is its weakness, which is ice and, in gen 2, dragon.
So you can only use water / ice team members. Unfortunately, its attacks are Blizzard, Thunder, Hyperbeam and Barrier.
As for Mario Kart 64, on the highest difficulties, no matter which character ypu choose, on a straight track all NPCs are able to catch up and surpass oneself.
The entirety of Diddy-Kong Racing should have a spot on this list
the fact that the dude beat link in a 00:00 time means you were never meant to beat him in the, its the biggest troll in a game i could ever imagine.
Some other notable instances of Lance cheating are his Dragonite in Red, Green and Blue, and his Aerodactyl in Gen II.
For the former, it knows the move Barrier, even though Dragonite cannot legitimately have that move in the aforementioned games. As for the latter, it knows Rock Slide, even though Aerodactyl cannot learn the move prior to Gen III. Having three underleveled, fully evolved Pokémon is one thing, but having two with illegal movesets is a whole different definition of cheating.
Under leveled evolutions are a thing in probably every Pokemon game in which the player can have them. Some examples I personally know of are Pidgeot you can catch in yellow viridian forest and salamence in SM/USUM route 4. The illegal movesets can just be explained away by the other trainers having a different experience than you, or in other words, the trainers traveling in places around the world and meeting inaccessible tutors.
When the AI begins to think like Aran Ryan.
Faulkner from Gold/Silver also has a level 9 (I think) Pidgeotto
Yes but in yellow you can catch lv9 pidgeotto in viridian forest,so you can make the case his father caught it in that place,so he can get a pass.Even with a pidegeotto he is still the worst gym leader in the serie with an headliner lower then lv10 when usually the first gym leaders have pokemon around lv 14-15.HG/SS gave him justice with an higher level pidgeotto.
@Gimas96 you just unlocked a memory with that yellow pidgeotto 😅 and yeah he was the easiest gym leader I can ever remember
When I was young, I honestly believed that if you beat the Running Man, you would get a hookshot upgrade that wouls give it infinite length and let it hook anything.
6:36 It's Bowser's Chance Time
3:12 reminds me of a side mission in Dying Light 2, where you have to race against someone who always beats you. Turns out he had an identical twin that waits at the finish line so they can fool you out of your money.
Do you think the running man has an identical twin?
3:13 When you overslept and have 2 minutes to go to the school:
Bowser Chance Time would be insane
A couple extra little fun facts about the F-Zero GX clip-
Samurai Goroh's machine here in story mode has impossible stats (abnormally high acceleration and body strength as well as- I believe- infinite boost)
Goroh's CPU does hit some of the falling rocks if they fall close enough to his racing line, which is interestingly indicated by the "random" orange sparks on Blue Falcon while the player drives, yet Goroh barely loses any speed unless it lands right on top of him
The reason why Ten has infinite HP during his second battle is basically due to the fact that it's a tutorial battle.
In Wii Party U, on the Musical Chairs minigame 1v1 with a master CPU the CPU always reacts INSTANTLY to the music ending before you even have a chance to react. Trust me, even Nilly896 who is the best player of that game in the world couldn’t even get a single seat to that CPU. I know he’s the best because I saw him get the 2 amazing feats that eluded the entire lifespan of Miiverse.
and plus is the drop down close to zero minigame the cpu can paused in the air with out displaying the floating animation
Koopa the Quick be like: Skill issue, bro
You could make an entire video on how unfair the 6-Star and 7-Star Tera Raids are in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. Whether they’re insanely strong, very gimmicky, or actually just straight-up cheat.
A 6-Star Sinistcha literally revived himself. I hit the killing blow (his health bar flashed, which is the indicator for their death), yet he still proceeded to use Matcha Gotcha to *revive* himself, thus extending the battle.
Don't forget bald bull.😂
Bull charge your down in minutes.
Which game, and how does he cheat?
@@allegedlyfalse6779 In the rematch against Bald Bull, he can only get knocked down by Star Uppercuts, or by counterpunching the Bull Charge. This particular feature gets reused in the Wii version of the game, where Title Defense Bald Bull can only get knocked down by Star Punches.
@allegedlyfalse6779 mike Tyson's
Punchout and bull charge.
The turban guy?
Oh boy.
The CPUs can see items out of frame in I think every Super Smash Bros game.
This is highly notable in Melee, where most level 9 CPUs know precisely how to perfect shield projectiles and items right back at you.
Actually, in Diddy Kong Racing, the game in fact DOES mention the Green Boost. Sometimes Taj (the elephant) will give you a tip after beating a boss. One of them he says "Take your finger off the accelerate button just before you hit a zipper!"
You have to enable subtitles in order to see it though.
The Diddy Kong Racing one is incorrect. The game does tell you about that trick right after you bear the first boss.
Also, Koopa will refuse to hand over the star if he 'sees' you using the warp on the mountain.
In the Koopa the Quick race, you can use the teleporter and he won't know.
Most of these CPUs have the upper hand or just straight up cheating. Then there's Koopa the Quick being a real jerk.
Nah the zelda running man is faster than light itself by many levels 😭😭
In OG F-Zero at Master Difficulty, Golden Fox, Blue Falcon and Wild Goose can reach 478 km/h (Fire Stingray's top speed)
I know this one is a 3rd party, but in Top Gear the AI car (even as Sidewinder) can go from 170 to 248 km/h quicker than a Top Fuel Dragster if behind you, while taking corners with unlimited grip
I recently played Smash for Wii-U and found out that high level CPUs dodges frame perfect and knows how to do it perfectly even if they are at huge situation disadvantage. But this happens almost all the times you're about to hit them with a move that would have kill (or put them in a weird recovery option), otherwise they do not do it so often.
Average Super Mario Kart AI score based on that chart, based on primacy level (7 being highest order, 1 being lowest):

You forgot to add Ghetsis from Pokemon Black & White (and their sequels). Dude legit has a Hydreigon at level 54, which is 10 levels lower than normal (12 levels lower in the game’s sequels).
And in the sequels following the first game, he has you battle a captured Kyurem, which technically means Ghetsis has been battling the player with *7* Pokemon as opposed to the usual 6 that a trainer can battle at once.
With the mini-game in DK64, the spots the banana appears in goes in the same order everytime. My slow ass child brain had to learn the pattern and shoot before the lights turned on. The strategy still works in the Wii-U version, luckily.
I’ve actually managed to do the Master CPU chain chomp minigame… thing. Although I memorized it before I saw this & knew they did it.
Well, you could use the warp on bom-omb mountain and Koopa won't accuse you of cheating. And that battle in Brothership is simply a tutorial battle showing the different battle plugs, but doesn't mean you won't get game over either if you allow the computer to win.
Are you kidding me? Taj literally tells you after beating the Walrus that you can drop the accelerator button just before the red and yellow arrows (zippers). He doesn't tell the effect, but he tells you to do this very early in the game.
In Diddy Kong racing, mashing the A button is faster than holding it.
Strikers Charged is so irritating. I always get the trash items when I'm losing(especially) and winning, yet Petey ALWAYS get his ability and bombs winning or losing.
I'll always hate how brutal the Striker Cup was. In Super Mario Strikers, you at least had the option to choose the CPU's difficulty level, though you can't choose the Rookie difficulty on the Super Cups.
@@timothypitcher7996 For real, it's so rigged.
In Pokkén tournament the AI can parry a counter with another counter.
While you can TECHNICALLY do this and the second to counter deals damage even playing normally, that's not what the AI does. If two players are in a match, and let's say P1 uses a normal attack, P2 parries that attack with a counter. That counter can't be parried, no matter how fast P1 is (or P2 if the roles were inverted). BUT the AI can and will avoid taking damage at higher difficulties by countering your counter.
This is specially broken since normal attacks and grab attacks nulify each other if both try at the same time, essentially throwing away the whole "fancy rock paper scizors" gimmick the game itself tells you about.
I wouldn’t call Koopa the Quick a cheater. Just because he’s more capable than Mario at running up a specific slope, doesn’t make it cheating. I don’t blame him for not allowing cannons, but Mario can take all the shortcuts he wants. It’s fair game. KING BOBOMB THROWING MARIO OFF THE MOUNTAIN ON THE OTHER HAND!!!!
People may think that Koopa the Quick is a cheater for using a slanted slope, but Mario doesn't necessarily have to take the same route as him to win; the only rule that must be followed is that Mario has to reach the finish line without resorting to cannons and/or the winged cap.
Skill issue, Mario.
Strictly, Lance's Dragonites are not ilegal. The radio waves in Mahogany Town trigger a forced evolution, so his dragonairs were able to evolve accidentally while he was investigating there.
Running Man: You’re to slow

Running Man: Yeah but you’re to slow

Running Man: Yeah but you’re to slow
When it comes to Mario Party highest difficulty CPUs, don't forget about button-mashers. They mash faster than either the physical human limit, or sometimes the software(?) limit, where some games genuinely cannot detect inputs that fast. Nowhere is this more obvious than Get the Lead Out in MPDS.
Also when it comes to Pokemon, there is an incredible list of cheating trainers. There's a whole list of it on Bulbapedia. Shoutouts to the CoolTrainer in RSE's Victory Road with an Earthquake Lanturn.
Or y'know, Ghetsis's Hydreigon. Surprised it wasn't mentioned here, especially given how vile Ghetsis is.
What about Smash 4 Lv9 CPUs? They have literally frame-perfect reactions to the point where you genuinely cannot try to bait them into dodging, since they see everything happening frame by frame.
you CAN actually run up the white slope against Koopa The Quick. it's even part of the speedrun.
Another dishonorable mention: Zanza from Xenoblade Chronicles when you first fight him as Meyneth/Fiora. You can destroy his health bar, and you still lose.
The "chance time" you showed isn't regular chance time. It's when you hit the chance time option during a visit to Bowser in Mario Party 2.
on that mario party superstars minigame. i swear i got an tie when i was with 3 cpus.
3:54 You should see expert CPUs in Get The Lead Out
The boost in Diddy Kong racing was mentioned from Taj! But only once in the game
Players going Looney Tunes style after this.
`1:15 Lance's Dragonite can be argued away as him being an expert with Dragon type Pokemon. The player's character isn't some special person to begin with. They're getting help from a higher power (namely: the player). Lance, on the other hand, has been training for years on end to become so finely attuned with their Pokemon.
For the underleveled pseudo-legend that Ghetsis owns, it can be argued that he does some horrific experiments or brutal training with his.
Also, Mario’s infinite item is the Super Star in SMK , although without the speed boost.
The worst cheater of all is Princess Peach in Mario Kart or Mario Party!! Sweetness and light - no chance! She gets called a good few names in our house 😂😂
Taj mentions "unpress A when about to hit a zipper" there, its mentioned in the game
Surprised Lt Surge in Pokemon Stadium 1 with his Raichu that knows Surf (despite being unable to learn this move in Gen 1) didn't get a mention.
Well, you can get a Pikachu that knows Surf in that game, so it's not really illegal to see Raichu have that move.
