Bowser's door is pretty generous allowing you two mistakes then a combat trial to pass. In classical mythology the door would give you one try for a riddle you're not meant to answer.

On my last playthrough of Paper Mario 64, I actually failed the quiz on purpose so I could beat the Anti Guy unit for extra Star Points (and a level up) before moving on to fight Bowser.

Those brain training games are actually nice to you even if you get the lowest score, unlike Mind Quiz: Your Brain Coach by Ubisoft, which had to be recalled at one point, as it calls people with the lowest score a Super "insert VERY offensive word starting with Sp & ending with tic". Possibly the most awful thing to ever be called by a game for having a low IQ score; it was absolutely offensive. The punishments here are tame in comparison.

Correct me if I’m wrong But in that second battle in The Thousand Year Door weren’t you missing a Special Move? Shouldn’t you already have 6 Crystal Stars by this point in the game? Did you sequence break into chapter 7 and skip chapter 6 in the process? 😅
The sixth Crystal Star's Special Move, Showstopper, is not visible because the menu interface made only six options visible at a time. At the bottom of the Special Moves menu, notice that there is a bouncing orange arrow pointing downward that indicates that there are further options.
Ok yeah you’re right, I missed that. The thing is there actually is glitch that allows you to get early access to the shortcut to chapter seven and skip some earlier chapters. So my Brain just tried to put two and two together but completely missed that arrow in the process 😅

POW blocks deal 2 damage to anything and _flip elegible enemies;_ they also make celing bound enemies (airborne but can't reach with jumps) lose their grip, and just airborne Clefts have 2 HP so this is an easy and very profitable instakill The successor to the POW block is the Quake-Item which has the almost the same properties, but does not hit airborne and deals 5 dmg instead of 2
Theres also a sphynx in Wario master of disguise in the museum level who will not ever let you pass unless you answer its questions correctly, and i think a power outlet too, that game really doesnt want you to skip learning.
Honestly now any playthrough I do of Paper Mario 64 I go out of my way to get all the questions wrong because the 3 Anti Guy fight is probably the hardest fight in the game and I love a good challenge, and honestly this game is pretty easy, I do appreciate the optional challenging fights tho, like the 3 Anti Guy fight in this video
Well, an A- still gives a 3.7 GPA and can pass your classes, look on the bright side, also, at least your average GPA is 3.925. Don't stress out on small GPA changes, as stress can cause those changes to become larger.

the anti guy squad is a geniunely fun challenge at that point in the game, so i usually fail as its another final challwnge to try out with my badges
