Cumin Seed - 1/2tsp

Hing - 1/4tsp
Curry leaves
Salt to taste
For Stuffed Veg Paratta
Oil - 2tsp
Ginger - 1/4inch
Green chilly - 1no.
Beans - 4nos.
Carrot - 1/2
Potato - 2nos. medium size
Turmeric powder - 1/4tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/2tsp
Kasoori methi - 1/2tsp
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Coarsely powdered
Coriander seeds - 1tsp
Cumin seed - 1/2tsp
For Dough
Wheat Flour - 2cup
Salt to taste
