Can pass for fish pokoras as a lot of recipes for masala fish are slightly different, mainly bigger pieces of fish. Thanks, given me different ideas on making spicy fish

I'll be doing some air fryer recipes soon, I'll give this a go when I get some time. I do not see why they wouldn't work in an air fryer, I'd ensure there you spray the oil over the fryer and a little on the masala after coating, as it could dry out without it.

Can we do it in air fryer
You can try but I've found the coating doesn't stick very well, you could partially fry them then air fry to finish off to remove the excess oil.

Thanks for your comment Mehrosh. Yes ever so slightly. Remember the timings differer a) on the size of peices and b) oil temperature.
