It can cause hypersynchrony of neurons in the brain which is the same thing that happens during seizures. And the neurons start firing at up to 500 times a second. Seizures in the temporal lobes can cause amazing reality alterations either scary or euphoric.

@@TLEawareness perhaps, the negative entities are too attached to those beings that they, as you shared, experienced seizures and, as you alleged, this phenomenon is somehow caused by meditation. If that is the case, many meditators would have experienced the same or similar thing. Of course, these things are dismissed by modern science communities as pseudoscience, I mean, the good effects of meditation while many religious leaders have been preaching the 'demonic effects' of meditation. But to many meditators like me, these things may happen because of certain mystical explanations, things that men of science couldn't fathom. Anyways, I don't want to explain further. It's true that there are only very few enlightened beings developed on this planet as the mystical path is not for everyone.
any advice to learning meditation like as in what books to start off reading? I understand it’s about taking a moment out of your day to be in that particular moment but I love to learn through hearing and reading.

The yogic practice (of which Buddhism is an off-shoot )is to open that portal to other dimensions via meditation. Shambala, Shangrila,, Siddhashrama, Gyanganj - all refer to that portal opening to much higher planes of existence. These do not exist in the physical plane that is why nobody has ever discovered it much as they have tried.

The first time I ever mediated I knew NOTHING about it. Howard Stern was raving about it, so I figured I'd try it.
Anyways, after 25-35 minutes, I saw something very clearly with my minds eye. It was terrifying, exhilarating, troublesome, and comforting.
It didn't change shape, or color, it just sat there, static, unmoving. I could see it almost as clearly as if I was using my eyes.
After 5 minutes of experiencing this, I became too frightened and opened my eyes.
I then ran to my PC and typed in "transcendental meditation" and the FIRST image I saw on Google was the EXACT THING I had just seen.
I couldn't believe it.
I still have a hard time believing it.
I'm intentionally not saying what it was as I'm hoping someone else reads this who had a similar experience.
What type of meditation you practiced that day?

@@aftermath7 It only happened that first time. I think Howard called it TCM. I laid down on my bed, turned off the lights, and put a t-shirt over my eyes. I think the light pressure of the t-shirt, on my eye sockets, was a factor in helping me see the cube.
That's what I saw, a clearly metallic cube, though it had more than four sides. Maybe 8 or 10 sides. Each face/facet had a circular opening in which a deep blue color light radiated from.
It was scary.

Each facet of the cube had a circular light emitting from it, mine was blue. A cold blue.
And, the light could CLEARLY have been brighter, (from the result of a larger circumference) but there was like "metallic shutters" or something obstructing the size of the light by about 33-50%.

N he does his intuition n is able to find things whenever something is lost in the house,or tell numbers that we have written down in a piece of paper in another room n he is able to tell exactly what is written be it any word he is able to tell. The problem with this show is that you have to come up with new material season after season, so you get all kinds of random paranormal/mystic/metaphysical topics merged in with ancient aliens. I'm highly fascinated with all the areas of the unexplained, but I don't necessarily have to have them all mixed together.

And also not to mention it was my very first trip, but everything in my life aligned just right to be a in a good state of mind, those with bad trips have things going on in their lives that is negative that they either can’t get away from or just choose not to. I’m not explaining everything that happened in my life, but after everything was good, I had a really good experience, and I do believe it means something, just gotta figure out what. Oh and has anyone heard of the “harmonizing frequency” that’s what I called it after I figured it out on my second trip. So far that is it, that’s all that’s happened to me so far, 2 trips to think about and wonder what they mean.
Please for those who figure out the “harmonizing frequency” let others in your family know. I’ve mentioned it to family members, some thought I was crazy, but the older ones understood. Don’t know what I figured it out at such a young age, but it means something. That’s all for my rant. Let me know what y’all think.

This method of meditation sounds very much like the process of projecting a portion of your consciousness that does"nt deal with physical reality out and interacting with non physical (spiritual) dimensions and try to retain as much of the original experience as possible when its filtered up and interpreted by brain as it must when you"re still a physical creature and try to keep distortions to a mimimum
The belief is also that the mind's infinite possibilities allow us to appear there if we are practiced enough. The other side of this belief is that some people are born with this ability so because of their talent they are able to access that place and bring that energy here, also that once that place is able to be accessed, the people who can access it produce an aura of beneficial energy that everyone can feel when they are around that person.

This reminds me of the book Celestine prophecy where the guy turns into a beam of light. I'm in 5D consciousness and am receiving guidance from source so I understand enlightenment at its beginning. Very interesting stuff.
Its deeper than that. It is deconstruction into the nature of Reality... eg... no subject-object division, emptiness, holographic reality. What we see as a self and and other side world is an illusion. .. things appears as solid but there is no separate entity or objects.. Buddhism is extremely profound..

They turn themselve into a ball of light for this purpose. But such adepts do not publicize their powers, rather they live such a life that no one can easily fathom,what is their attainment.

It is beyond the human mind.. It is deconstruction into the nature of Reality... eg... no subject-object division, emptiness, holographic reality. What we see as a self and and other side world is an illusion. .. things appears as solid but there is no separate entity or objects.. Buddhism is extremely profound..
This is a hard one for me to grasp.
Okay so I went through a serious change recently. I believe due to my subconscious I believe to have shifted universe.
Believe me or not I don't care. The more I listen to anyone explaining manifestation it makes so much more sense. I wanted knowledge. I got it. I came to a point in my life where I didn't care about anyone else (what they think). I believe this took a long time as I thought to have already accomplished this by cutting off friends (for good reason), deleting Facebook Instagram and just trying to understand myself.
I believed to have reached a point in understanding that either caused or assisted this process. I call it a process because that's what it feels like to me. The process is not the journey which it takes but what comes after is. It feels like what everyone talks about which I always dismissed may I add about the gateway process, enlightenment and the ancient civilizations way of communicating on an inter dimensional level. It's hard to explain but I have been researching and I will not discount any theory after my experience.
The night before this happened I did take LSD but I say this now if it was a trip I wouldn't still feel this way.
Sorry, I'm just talking and not saying anything. Around a month ago now I took pschadelics (LSD). You can dismiss my story for this reason if you believe this to be a trip. I need to say this now, I was in alignment, the same night I wanted knowledge and was angry because of the lack on TH-cam. I then went to bed and the room was shall you say shimmering and I took another one at this point.
I did perform breathing techniques while trying to relax as I wanted to lucid dream as I have once before. I did not see any vision or anything and did close my eyes at one point or another. I was really content with myself at this moment which is why I believe understanding your true self could be key . I don't really remember focusing on anything specific it's really strange talking about it because I don't want to sound crazy but I need people to hear it and believe for themselves. I did feel pain in my stomach the morning after but this could be due to the lsd.
So, I woke up the morning after. I can not explain the feeling but something was off. As normal I'm just scrolling TH-cam and I see a video about the location of the universe and it just looked so wrong from what I remember as a kid. I believe to remember being on the saggitaruis arm on the outer edge. That was the first difference I noticed after it was a domino effect but 99% is the same. I'm not the only one saying this, there is actually hundreds if not thousands I just believe mine to be recent. You can research yourself.
For example many to be claiming the same from 2012, 2016,2018 and 2022 (me and I hope more will see)
These all claim to believe it may have something to do with CERN, black holes, quantum entanglement and parallel universes. Some stories are subtle where as one or two seem to have serious changes.
It's hard to put into words, I have wrote so much about this and posted it on my Reddit.
What I mean by this is a shift in universe where your consiousness is somehow transferred using an electro magnetic field which Tesla believed you could connect with or a black hole/particle collider. My personal hypothesis is a black hole caused my shift. How or why that's what I'm here to find out. Maybe manifestion is also key.
Noticing the shift could be due to subconsciously taking in information that you as a person/soul want to know like truly find interesting. For example the reason I noticed is the location of our universe (I was a space kid, could still name all the planets in order). Quantum Computing, A.I, space travel etc all seems.. a bit too advanced shall I say. I could sit here all day talking about this. I was in a house with my girlfriend and her autistic daughter which I have also heard could have caused or assisted me in this process due to some sort of frequency.
