This is a volume/mass equivalence with underlying holographic principles as a foundation:

(Only solvable with a combination of logarithms SpheriLog/GeoLog. It is a volume equivalence, cannot be used for malign purposes. Now understand this is just theory at the moment. We currently don't know what each dimensions capabilities are and we are in the stages of speculation what each does exactly.
Just know that the deeper we get, the more it appears reality is just a very, VERY advanced programming. (Yes, like programming code, error correcting code, every single bit of it)
So the question of did the chicken come before the egg will now have to be asked, did the advanced technology come before the creator, or is the creator the advanced technology(programing)

This relates to the simulation theory. This is just like a video game: A-Alpha and B-Beta entities are the game; We are the A-alpha entities. Y-Gamma entity is the Gamer. Technically time isn't a dimension, it's a waveform it's most likely a result of our local universe's base quantum frequency, this means it interacts with our physical universe from within the quantum realm. The multiple timelines is basically the multiverse, and each separate universe has a unique frequency, and time flows at slightly different rates for each.

It's not. We never ever detected time particles, let alone graviton particles that is theorised from countless experiments. I think of hyperspace as the hyper activity of a oscillating emw, with a vector pointing in a direction, and that could be built upon using higgs partials.
Answer to the existential questions: Each being is it’s own Universe and operates under its own beliefs there is not so much a grand designer as an absolute truth which is where the consciousness exudes from. I call it the Thesis or “The What Is”. I experience the multiple realities through interaction with their consciousness. Each of these levels is the path.

This is exactly like the structure of the body in that each cell in any system has a duty to cooperate as needed to maintain life. This is just a man's explanation of his reality as far as his shared awareness allows. To base your understanding of your reality based on another's evaluation is to accept their limits as your own. This is the norm for group awareness and so not to be demeaned. This is the core of creativity. To find your own vision, use the one you grew up with to support you through the move to a possible next level of awareness which may be called a new perhaps better reality. Always understand that this is the product of 'creativity' and there is no final absolute reality.

I believe that 1 thing that allows people to move freely within one time period back-and-forth into another is being emotionally free from past experiences that may have been unpleasant or in capsulating in some way. That's it is at least something I had to do. In order to allow myself to meditate and get into transcendental meditation. I was blocked until I did some work using nature as my namain conduit. If that makes any sense.
I believe we can sort of think in and influence our reality in 5 dimensions already.
I often do a meditative exercise where I visualize my entire life in a series of frames, pictures like a flipbook. I can go backwards, but I can also can also project things forward based on my current path, the most probable outcomes of my current choices: 4 dimensions. A trip down memory lane? Nostalgia? Then, I can mentally shift my path completely and follow that forward. The most probable outcomes of alternate choices: 5 dimensions
From there, I can make the choice to physically shift myself onto that particular path based on the optimal potential outcomes.
We can't do it far into the future or really that efficiently, and there are always unforseen variables that throw things off, but every decision we make and choose to make, we often know the consequences. We can make small course corrections to bring us back in line with our chosen path.
Basically:
We can mentally visualise the potential choices and outcomes of a singular event, and multiple potential timelines that may result from it. We can also actively work to put ourselves in the best potential timeline for what we want.
So while we are physically 3 dimensional creatures, we can think in up to 5 with practice and then act on it.
