Great video but there are a few things about this. Very very few guys are going to buy a $500 5HP engine for their minibike when they can have more power from most small blocks for less than that. That's a lot of money for a Chinese engine with Kohler badging. And 177cc is odd for an engine of this type. I understand that you were going for maximum low end but that much gearing isn't necessary for that type of riding. I find that 9/60 sprockets with the 6" driven is plenty of gearing for slow speed hill climbs. Same with 8/50 sprockets. I can climb hills and still get 45 MPH plus if I put the bike on the road. With that gearing and a stock engine it would top out around 25 MPH which is not what most guys want from their bike. Your setup is what guys have done drag racing with a 19 inch tall tire. Except they were using a modified driver for 4500 RPM launches onto their wheelie bars. Has your sprocket ever hit the ground or rocks in rough terrain?

It's because you don't understand where we live.
Even this may not be enough.
I would have just bought a good used Honda atv. Mini bikes aren’t much good for working with.
