Nina, you made my day. I made very similar ornaments this year and sold them at our local craft fair. Decoupaged fabric as well as paper images. They were a lot of fun to make. My husband cut the wooden disks from wood we had harvested ourself.
Hi, Nina… these are so cute! I love this idea! I have a lot of Tim Holtz ephemera, Stamperia, and 49&Market items that would be perfect for this project. Thanks for sharing your creativity and inspiration with us. Have a wonderful weekend! 🙂
Love these tartan ornaments with these animals on them! I have watched a few of your videos, after being led here while searching for security envelopes ideas. Love that vase idea with the bright cheery flowers! And here, I couldn't really get into the idea of using the windows the other ways I've seen them being used! I'm having trouble inventing my own use for them, but I have saved them. I do love the paper patterns of the envelopes, though! Many different die cuts made from them. I'm thinking of using the envelope patterns for the round flowers that you used in that video. I Love the variety of crafts that you do, Nina. Am now subscribed to the cheery variety that is found here. Have a great day!
Good morning nina, these ornaments look great.... I have just finished making my christmastcards and today is a perfect day to put the christmastree up. It is cold and maybe, maybe we will have some snow today, that will put us in the mood. I really have to get used to the cold, was on my bike yesterday and was so glad to be inside again. The good thing is that abel is around all day, he goes outside to be back quickly,to be warm and cosy Although it is strange to have the worldchampionship football in the winter and the circumstances are not that pretty, we are slowly warming up to it and yesterday we had a win, so that was nice. Tonight it is your turn I think, so good luck. Hope you will have acosy sunday and a nice week. Love and hugs lenaxxx
Hello Lena. I hope the snow arrived as how lovely to decorate your home when it’s fluttering outside. There’s a possibility we may be getting some snow next week as well. Steve has just dug our decorations out of the garage for me, so I will put my small tree up and the rest tomorrow when the light is on my side and I can see what I am doing. It’s been a bit of a lethargic weekend as Steve has come down with Covid and hasn’t felt up to much. Abel is just like Louie who also spends his days indoors when it’s cold outside. We hardly see him during the warmer months. Congratulations on your football win and fingers crossed we are as fortunate. Wishing you a wonderful week ahead. Love and hugs 💕 xxxx
How cute! I love these and have made some already in a slightly different way to use as tags on Xmas gifts. I'll post a photo later. Thanks for another lovely video.
Thank you so much Nina, I really really enjoyed watching you creating all these amazing and cute and adorable little wood slice bauble’s. I really really love ❤️ them all. Hey would make great gifts too. Thank you for making my Sunday, I look forward to Sunday’s so much. Please stay safe and well too xxx Mags ❤️❤️
Good Morning Nina, your ornaments are adorable. I pulled my Macrame Christmas tree out last night, since I only have one side to decorate I alternate colors and/or theme's every year. I have not decided what I want to do this year, so far. I hope this finds you having a wonderful day. Thanks for the wonderful inspiration.❤❤
Hello Debbie. Love the idea of a macrame Christmas Tree. Steve has been in the garage this afternoon to dig my decorations out for me, so I will be setting my decorations up tomorrow as it’s too dark here now. Covid has struck our household, so it’s been a bit of a lethargic weekend. Hope you have a wonderful week and hugs and kisses to you and your Mom 💕
@@NinaRibenaMixedMedia SO sorry to hear Covid hit your household, I was lucky 14 days with Mom in June when she had it and I was fine. The Cmas tree is awesome because the dog can't knock it over and it hangs on the wall so I still have room in my small LR. Both of my daughters now have their own Macrame trees too! Thanks to Mom, her best friend and sister-in-law who all made them in the 80's. Thank you, I will pass on hugs and kisses to Mom.
Hi Nina, these are really lovely, thank you so much for all the info too - very helpful. I have a load of Cork circles so will have a go at using those. I have some extra Christmas cards left over and was wondering what to do with them!! That'll be better to glue to Cork. Those napkins you have are lovely aren't they. I'm going to look in my local Tesco when I go shopping soon. Your tutorials are the best. I love how you edit your videos. Americans tend to film every little detail, which can be very boring - and they love to talk about themselves too!!! No disrespect to them, but I'm nearly asleep by the end of their tutorials!! I love yours because they're inspiring, to the point, informative and VERY interesting. Mind you, my message has probably sent you to sleep, LOL!!! Take care Nina, and have a lovely week ahead. Val, xx
Hi Cheryl, this will definitely work with scrapbooking paper as I have tried that before. If you are using thick card, just make sure you use a strong glue. It’s also worth wedding the back of the card firs as that will make it more playable and help it stick. Happy Creating 🎄
Good morning Nina. Another lovely project. I say every year that I don't need anymore Christmas ornaments..... But I just can't resist them. They are fun to make and brighten up a cold gloomy day. Thank you for a great share again 💕
They are really cool, Nina. Great idea. I did some two years ago. Painted them black and put a die cut reindeer on each one. They were fun to do, but these are excellent and a good way to use up pretty serviettes. Thanks for sharing and have a lovely day. x
Another wonderful project! Some of the ladies in my neighborhood formed a crafting group that meets once a month and I think this would be a great project for to do in the future. Thanks for all the info on the products you used🎄❤💚🎅🏼🤶🏼
Oh, Nina! These ornaments are delightful, and the papers you bought with all the animal images to use are brilliant. These will look fab on your tree and are a great gift idea. I watched this with my granddaughter and we were rooting for the cat image! LOL. Speaking of cats, how is Louie? We miss him! TFS. 🙏💞
Thanks Evelyn, glad you like them. Please let your granddaughter know that I did use the cat one, but on a different background that I will share in another video. Louie is fined, although is not very impressed with the puppy when he comes to visit! He was quite inquisitive at first and so I had high hopes they might be friends, but now I’m not so sure. Louie has made a vocal appearance in the last couple of videos, but I will get him on camera again soon. Hope you have a great week 💕
These are adorable! Thank you for sharing your talents! I do have a question. A couple of years ago, you reviewed the Phomemo Thermal printer. I was wondering if you’re still enjoying it? How have the stickers held up with time? I am looking at purchasing one. Thank you!
Very timely. I'm leading a group of ladies in making DIY ornaments like this, this Saturday.

These are so perfect for packages as well as the tree. So adorable.Thank you for the wonderful inspiration. I look forward to Sunday coffee with you.
I think these would make a great gift for a group of friends - one each of a different but similar design. I know mine would like that as an idea. xx
Hi Nina! I love these tree ornaments. I hope you're having a lovely day! Ciao.
This is a GREAT IDEA!! I've already done my ornaments for this year. But I'd like to do these for next year!!! Love these! TFS!!!

Can’t find where to buy the animal paper 😫
Do they arrive already drilled?
Yes they do, and they also come with twine.
