4:11 You said you might get a Jetboil. If you're interested in optimizing fuel and heat-transfer efficiency, I'd recommend the MSR Reactor and WindBurner stoves. I have both. Started with the Reactor, and then added the WindBurner later. I can't imagine using anything else now.

I have this and love it, for cups and pots I prefer the silicone collapsible GSI, in my opinion they’re better quality, have a heat exchanger, great nonstick bottom and the lid is anodized aluminum instead of plastic like Sea to Summit. I started with this kettle though and love it, I actually bring it traveling and camping, I prefer my own coffee over the hotel or time share ones. There are cheaper ones in the market but trust me the quality is not there.

Has anyone actually used this kettle on a camp fire? Everywhere I've looked at this, it's being used with camp stoves, and I want confirmation that the rubber on it isn't going to melt on a campfire before buying it.
