Started hiking 4 years ago, staying in Airbnbs, and thought overlanding would be cheaper and more fun. So far, I am $1k into my investment, and I've only bought the cheap stuff (not including my kayak and gear that I got in January). Now, I need another $1k for some boxes. The way things are going, I am going to spend more money on one trip than I did in my first 4.

Got my Lightranger 2000 but have to exchange it. White and yellow diodes on one side are flickering. Still waiting for new one to arrive. Hadn’t received any indication that my replacement was being shipped. Finally filled out a review that was sent to me from a Devos Outdoor. Gave the rating two stars with the reason that they need to work on their quality control and inspections before shipping. It’s typical that this review was never posted on their website. I even filled out a review on their website and it never got posted. I have seen other companies screen their reviews and only post favorable ones. This is not a good practice. Overall like the light and its ability especially the App control.

I ordered one of these and it was delivered today BUT it was delivered upside down when the box clearly says to keep it upright at all times. What do you think I should do? Is the compressor ruined? Any suggestions would help, thanks.

ran the exhaust through a radiator and get more heat, also brother when doing exhaust wraps wet the soak the cloth and then wrap you get a tight wrap that will not come undone. great video thanks for showing that an after market pump can take away the tick tick tick.

If I ran this off of my car battery over night on the low setting, would I have trouble starting the car the next morning?

The simmer control on my triton is horrible. And I wish it had rubber leveling feet that keep it from sliding and wobbling, especially when frying eggs.

Can I use this to stain my deck?

Have you tried connecting a return duct on this type of heater. I am looking to install one externally on a stationary rv. Then running a supply and return into the rv.

it really doesn't look much like fog, it looks more like a mist sprayer. I have a backpack sprayer and just ordered one of these, that doesn't look like the area is all "fogged up" it looks more like a mister. I noticed it did seem to fog a bit more depending on the angle you hold it at.

Hey man! Just had a quick question about your Mojave. I know you said on your build video that you put the teraflex 1.5 inch spacer level kit on the front and also on the back but only the 1 inch and not the .5. Did you just buy the exact same kit twice and it fit on the front and the rear without any modifications? All the fitment info and specs show it for the front only and not the rear so I was just curious to know if the exact same kit could be used for the rear. Thanks! Awesome Jeep btw!

The biggest reason for "silent charging" is to reduce the load on the power grid. I commonly use my two 300w capable AC2A's to charge up my 600w capable EB3A, and when the EB3A's on normal charging it can pull as much as 350w (so said the AC2A). Right now it's on silent charge mode, and only pulling 170 according to the AC2A

Thank you for the wonderful videos. I just got one. Tried to use but my motor runs very fast. I guess there is no speed control, right? I just squeezed the power trigger lightly - hope the motor wouldn’t run too fast. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work. One viewer’s suggestion to use on dry grass and soil is very helpful. I did got web grass/soil clogged the blades.

I wonder how the Silvel brand compares. My daughter got a Silvel and I was impressed. U barely hear the ticking and it threw heat. Not sure on gas efficiency but she said it was good. I'm still deciding. Then I see your video. Lol. So now I'm debating in this, Silvel, or Vevor. I do know I want the 8k version. People hear the pump clicking on so many videos and I did during video calls with my daughter but i went up to see her and I just had to see it for myself. Nope...barely heard the clicking. People's phones enhance the clicking that the phone hears, but in person it's so quiet that u don't even realize it's clicking. They run soooo smooth.

When you say big calves, how big we talking? Mine measure a little over 18 inches bare, and I wear inside the boot pants.

Not sure that the pump is actually any quieter. I hear the pump when the heater is on low. When it's on full, the noise of the pump is drowned out by the exhaust noise. What do you think? I am going to put some foam insulation around the pump and see what difference that makes. Either way, I would rather be warm.

Just curious. Why would you by the battery and just not another ac180 when they are the same price.

I have the original DEVOS light plus a STYKER and up front the STYKER far out performs my Devos. The STYKER is more rugged and feels well made while the DEVOS is very light weight and feels fragile. Battery wise, the STYKER far out performs the DEVOS. The max time we got with the DEVOS on high was just short of two hours. The STYKER, about twice that long. The STYKER as white/red light options that are selected via the small bluetooth control that is secured at the base. The DEVOS was cheaper by about $50 at the time of our purchase. We also purchased the lens kit for the DEVOS but haven't seen a need/use to change the lens color yet. We also purchased the sensor for our DEVOS and that is a very nice accessory.
