It’s Los Angeles, time literally is money in LA, a lot of the people out there with good jobs and their own businesses are just on the go 16+ hours out of the day.

Ill tell u a mistake ppl make.... Taking tips from mike. When doing barbell curls he talks about pushing through the delts and elevating elbows forward pulling bar higher ( absolutely no benefit). I done it for 1 session and inflamed the bicep tendon insertion. All the tension moved through the bicep to the tendon insertion .... Since that tip my pressing has stopped and has done for 6 months i wont take any tips from Mike. Researching this tip aswell proved no additioning bicep breakdown at all. Be careful listening to a guy whose genetics respond to anything
Gosh i see all of your gym in the usa is huge and complete (except planet fitness). If you go to the gym in singapore you will cry in disappointment. Chinese people there doesnt know how to do it right, its all $$$$ for them, no passion
