      Assuming you are asking about a point on a circle with center (h,k) and radius r, for any angle a , the coordinate of point (x,y) is given by,
      x= h + r * cos(a)
      y= k + r * sin(a)
      Just make sure that your angle and the sine cosine function are in the same format (degree/radian).
